Great First-time Experience

I was assisted by Chuck Cerda in purchasing an A3 over the weekend. Chuck provided professional customer service and was very knowledgable about the car, answering all of my questions and concerns. With the great service Chuck provided, I will definitely be back in the future to make another purchase.

Positive Puchase Experience

I was in the market for a new SUV and had settled on an Audi SQ5. I intended to make the purchase through a car buying discount service. The nearest sales location honoring this program was Walters Audi in Riverside, some 100 miles from my home and a dealership I'd no experience with. I was fearful that I'd have a less than positive experience. Nothing could have been further from reality. Sales representative Brett McKinley and Chuck Cerda were thoroughly professional, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles features and options. The sales process was handled smoothly with no issues settling on a trade in value for my former car nor in obtaining the significant discount from the buyers program. I am now the proud owner of a new SQ5. I'd return to Walters for my next purchase without question.

Great service, everything done before I came in!

Jay Baik, helped me out amazingly all over the phone, had everything done when I came in all I did was test drive two different models and chose the one I want and sign up and go!! He was very helpful and respected my time and did everything he could to get me in the car I wanted with great payments! I would recommend Jay Baik to anyone and look forward to buying more cars from him again!

Very good at his JOB!

Jay, Really made it happen fast and painless. I didn't even have to go in to dealership. He mailed me paperwork for my wife and I to sign. We returned the paperwork and DONE!

A Great Car Buying Experience

I had a lovely experience at Walter's Audi while purchasing my Audi Q5. I found the car I wanted online the evening before and was able to live chat for assistance that night. The next morning I drove to Riverside and test drove my desired vehicle. Mario helped me through the process and was very professional and knowledgeable the entire time. As a female purchasing a car alone my husband was worried that I might not be given the same treatment but they could not have proved us more wrong. They were very friendly and helped us with our financing to make it work for our budget. Would highly recommend Walter's Audi for anyone looking for a new car!

Why go anywhere else?

We all know that buying a car is pretty stressfull and the sales people are typically pushy and intimidating. Not here. I have purchsed several cars and I have never had an experience like i did at Walter's. When my husband and I got to the dealership, we were not bombarded with pressure and we didn,t "Oh god. here they come" feeling. Instead, we were greeted very pleasantly by Christian Vidal and he answered any questions we had (he knows these cars ridiculously well) and did not make us feel pressured into test driving or forcing a sale. Long story short, we got an amazing car at an amazing price from an amazing dealership and had the pleasure of doing business with an amazing salesman. This was the first dealership we visited when we made the decision to purchase an Audi. There was no need to go anywhere else. I have absolutely no complaints and I highly recommend doing business here. PS. The service department is also wonderful. We had a great experience with Javier and David.

First Car Buying Experience

Tuesday, March 10, 2015 marked my first big purchase as a young adult. I came to Walter's Audi with expectations of finding out more information about the A3 and getting some price quotes, I did not imagine myself to be driving home in an A3 that day. Upon arriving on the car lot, my father and I were welcomed by Todd Bellis. We informed him of what we were looking into and right away he let us know the options available to us. After test driving the A3, we talked more about what I would I was looking for in my Audi, color, features, and most importantly, pricing. Todd worked with us to present us with the best options available and was always willing to stop during the process to answer any questions we had or to make sure we were satisfied. After a price was settled on and paperwork was filled out, Todd sat with me to assist me in connecting my phone and showing me all the technological features the car had to offer. I am very appreciative of Todd's time and patience with my father and I today and am thrilled with my new purchase!

A great experience with David Le

A great experience with Mr. David Le at Walters Audi in Riverside! I went in on a Saturday afternoon to look at the Audi A3 and was greeted by David right away. David helped me and my family feel comfortable and was more than happy to show us our options around the lot. After choosing the perfect A3, David was able to negotiate a deal that I was comfortable with and the transaction happened quickly and smonthly. David is genuine, personable and very helpful. I left with a huge smile. Thanks again, I love my car!

Revising my review

At the bottom of this review is my original post. However, that review was submitted one week after purchasing the vehicle. It has now been one month since my purchase and my buyer experience has changed dramatically. So yes, the deal I got for my 2015 Audi A3 was as advertised and both Andy and Chuck were friendly and professional. That part hasn't changed. What has motivated me to revise my review is how I have been treated since my initial visit. Issue #1 - The day I purchased my vehicle, Chuck was unable to find both keys so one would have to be ordered. I would also have to go to the dealership (ugh!) to have the key programmed. Okay, not thrilled about having to drive in to get the key programmed, but what can you do, right? I tell Chuck that I'd like an appointment as early as possible so I can stop by before work. Chuck obliges by making an appointment for me at 7 a.m. Great, I can get there right at 7 a.m., have my key programmed and be only a few minutes late to work. Well, this morning was my scheduled appointment and I'm at the Service Area at 6:57 a.m. Javier comes out to greet me and asks if I'll be waiting while the key is programmed. I told him I would be waiting and then he informs me that the Technicians don't start until 8 a.m.!!!! So why in the world would my sales rep make an appointment for me at 7 a.m. when the work can't even begin until 8 a.m?!?! I couldn't wait around until 8 a.m as I would be well over an hour late for work so I left....furious that I wasted an hour of my time. Issue #2 - I get a phone call from Andy two weeks after purchasing the vehicle. Andy informs me that there is a problem with the agreement and VW Financial Services won't honor the deal because my credit score was borderline Excellent/Good. Andy asks if I can come in to sign a new deal and that my monthly payment will increase slightly. Excuse me...what did you just say?! So did our handshakes and my 20 initials and three signatures not mean a single thing? Also, they ran my score before we signed documents so it wasn't like I was hiding anything. I told Andy that I would rather return the car if they were going to renege on the deal. It wasn't that my monthly payments would increase slightly, it was about the principle. Andy told me he would see what he could do and get back to me. Well, he never followed up with me (I had to call Chuck to find out the resolution) but I did learn that Walter's picked up the difference. Issue #3 - This one is minor, but is a perfect example of how Walter's over-promises and under-delivers. I purchased the Eck Bond Performance Appearance Protection for my car. This was added during the document signing process. At that time Andy had agreed to e-mail me more information about the Eck Bond (what it covers, how it works, what to do in case I need to file a claim, etc.). Well, I never receive the information. I let it slide since I can just get that information when I have the Eck Bond applied to my vehicle. So after it's applied, I ask Javier and he says he'd also e-mail me additional information. Well, I still didn't receive anything. So I call Chuck and ask for a third time to get more information about the Eck Bond program to me. It took me three tries to get the additional information. Overall, I am not impressed with Walter's as I expected more from an "award winning" dealership. I'm not saying don't take your business there, but don't expect much more than any other dealership. --Original Post-- I recently purchased an Audi A3 TDI from Walter's Audi and the entire process was as pain free as possible. We were helped by Chuck Cerda and Andy Bartoli who were both extremely professional and friendly. The deal was just as advertised and we could not be happier with our decision to go to Walter's!

There were so many things we should have done to not put you through the ringer but we chose not to do them. I could not have had a better experience

I couldn't believe it....I had a relatively minor problem with my Audi R8 and the shop foreman,Brian Finn,, actually came to my house to check out the problem.....he fixed one of the problems at my house and then arranged Audi roadside to have the car flat bedded to the shop.....once at the shop I was kept continually informed by Stacy Samuel,service advisor,about the work being done on my vehicle...Walters is fortunate to have both Brian and Stacy on the team.....it's customer service like this that will keep me coming back to Walters for future assistance
