My Audi E Tron recently was in for service and safety recalls at Audi Riverside. This was my first time using this dealership. Most definitely the best experience I’ve had with a service department for any dealership. Stacy Samuel went out of her way to make this a smooth transaction.

Shout out to Joshua Rambow!!! Within minutes of posting online my interest in an Audi 2024 SQ5. I was sent a personal and comprehensive video of the car. Throughout the whole purchasing process He was acceptable, responsive and more than just helpful. He made a possible stressful purchase a pleasant experience. His constant communication went beyond expectations. Thanks for having such an attentive sales representative.

Raymundo Lopez was so incredible to work with. I traded in my Q4 etron for a Q6 etron and it’s exactly what I was looking for! He helped me secure a wonderful deal on my new car and even got me out of my lease a few months early. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about the brand as well as all of the new features of my new car. I will definitely be coming back to Raymundo when it’s time to turn in this lease. Ethan DeLa Rosa was my Service Advisor tru a very difficult time. Due to a unavoidable delay in parts delivery it took a long time for my car to be fixed.he has helped me and advised me .i have my car back and I’m so happy .
