I ordered my 2017 Jeep Wrangler limited over the phone. They had the Jeep at the price I wanted. When I arrived at Lindsay dealership Urey was waiting for me. He had my Jeep cleaned filled with gas and ready to go.They assured me over the phone that the process would be hassle free. It was. All in all it was a great experience I give Lindsay 5 ?????????? and express my appreciation to Urey for being a man of his word.

He, in my opinion, went above and beyond to represent me as a customer, advocating for satisfaction on the deal, which led to the purchase of a new Willy's Wheeler. His tenacity of follow-up, and genuine professionalism truly impressed my wife, and myself. Best dealership I've been to so far. Salesman Jimmy Byrd was great, Management was excellent and willing to do whatever it took to make the deal and to have a satisfied customer. I got the exact vehicle, exact color and everything. Best dealership and buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this dealership. A week later and I'm still getting follow up calls from the salesman and management to check if I am satisfied. Oh btw MSRP on my vehicle was 50k, I got the vehicle for 36k. You can't beat this dealership's prices.

I've always been apprehensive about dealerships, the most I would trust was CarMax. I came in to Lindsay looking for a jeep Cherokee and came out of the location with the exact car that I was looking for and with a customer service that is needed in retail. Antonio was my sales rep during the purchase, he was extremely throughout while showing me some vehicles, he knew the specs and details of each car and was able to walk me through the whole process. My financial officer was Victor, and along the same line as Antonio, he took his time to explain all the services and to answer all the many questions I had for him. Everyone is the location was friendly and attentive, I highly recommend this dealership.

Savings compared to MSRP is falsely advertised on website. The MSRP on the window sticker includes freight, the final price does not therefore on a keep the savings are $1,000 less than advertised

So I brought my car in for a right front hub noise. They said it was the axle and not the hub. They. Stated they even test drove it. I got a half mile out of dealer ship and had to turn around to take it back for hub noise. The 2nd time there they stated I was right and it was the hub. When I picked it up this time they crushed my rocker mldgs putting my vehicle on lift. So I had another issue with my check engine light on and car stuck in 8th gear. They stated it was 2 issues with trans module and oil pressure switch. So while it was in shop there was a recall on trans harness. They fixed the recall and just cleared the check engine light and they stated they test drove vehicle and light didn't come back on and they stated it was a flook. So I went to pick up my vehicle hit the start button and light came on immediately. This is not a dealership I would recommend to air up my tire on a pedle bike

I came in a couple of weeks ago, already knowing what kind of car I was coming in for. I came in for a 2017 White Jeep Grand Cherokee. I spoke to Dominique Williams when I first called the store to ask about the car I was interested in. Spoke to Dom over the phone & we scheduled an appointment for me to come in that same day. He did everything possible from his part to help me the best he could. Since the moment I walked in, Dom was very helpful and he made my experience at Lindsay great! Very knowledgeable about what he's doing, answered all my questions & and overall, a great sales representative! Also, Yev who was in charged of all the paperwork was very helpful. He found rebates I was eligible for, which were nice! Answered my questions, step by step. Way to go guys!!

From the first second I arrived at the dealership I was treated with kindness, respectfulness and most importantly good manners. I found the car I wanted in good conditions and exactly how I wanted it. Antonio Ferrari was of great help throughout the whole process. It was a great experience.

I have so many things to say about this dealership. I would like to start with I live in another state, and I was looking for a new car so I went on line and I first saw the price at Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, because their price was "FANTASTIC"!! that's what drew me to them first. So I clicked the chat button, and a salesman came up by the name of "SAM ROSA". he was so very nice, and friendly, he was not pushy, like some salesman can be he was totally listening to what I had to say, and he was very genuinely interested in helping me get the car of my dreams, and assured me they could help. I was very skeptical because my credit was not the best in the world, so people with not good credit don't be afraid to go to Lindsay dealership. So I decided to meet with Sam the next day. When I got there Sam had my car already parked and waiting for me. Oh my goodness Sam was so above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. I never saw a salesman So very knowledgeable about a car than SAM, and I have bought a few. but I learned everything about the car I would later purchase than I have ever learned before. I felt so confident as If I knew everything about my car, he explained from start to finish the car the battery, the engine, the EVERYTHING!!! that's how good this salesman is. Then he followed up the next day by calling me to make sure everything was going ok with the car. When I say above and beyond he did just that. If you ever want to buy a car you don't have to take my word for it, go to Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and ask for SAM , you will not be disappointed, but leave feeling like you have the best knowledge in the world about your vehicle, and guess what? you will have.
