I definitely need to mention Omar.

I definitely need to mention Omar. The price he initially gave us was over $7,000 higher than the one from Koons. Then he encouraged us to finance, which increased the total price by another $3,000. He continuously wasted our time, left us waiting, and hid in the manager's office. We could clearly see that he wasn't even discussing with the manager. Until three minutes before closing, the out-the-door price he quoted us was still $1,000 higher than Koons' initial price. He even threatened us by saying that if we didn't buy today, we wouldn't get the same price next time. He explained freight charges, saying that all dealerships charge it, but his was $405 higher than the actual sticker price. When his final price was $2,000 higher than what we expected, he responded by saying that $2,000 was not a big deal. If I could, I would recommend this dealership to the person I dislike the most. When we told him we received a lower quote from Farrish, he insisted that Farrish was deceiving us and that we wouldn't get that quote when we went back. We never saw his manager from beginning to end. I will copy this review to all platforms.
