Was very satisfied with everybody at the dealership and would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from them in the future

I was in the market for a used RAM 1500 and found two available at this dealership with very low miles that fit my criteria. I live a couple hours away from the dealership and wanted to work a preliminary deal up before driving all that way. First, the salesperson I originally was in contact with wasn't even there when I arrived at the time he had scheduled with me. Second, the other salesperson tells me there is no warranty on this vehicle. It only has 1500 miles and you're telling me no warranty?? It sure would have been nice to disclose this up front before driving all that way. And lastly they quoted me $7K higher estimated trade in up front, but when I arrived there telling me there was something "wobbly" in the front end and it needed tires. I haven't heard of tires costing over 5k. Not to mention the salesperson took my cellphone (because he didn't believe what they quoted me for trade in) to show his manager and was gone for a few minutes. On top of all this they wouldn't move on the price one single bit. If you're looking to get a good deal and trust your salesperson then this is definitely not the dealership for you. What happened to the old days of customer satisfaction/support? I've purchased many used cars from dealerships over the years and certainly learned my lesson here....

Very interested in a vehicle they have for sale. Spoke with three people yesterday asking for a walk around (take pics of any issues) of the vehicle . I want to make sure that it’s in great condition before I would drive four hours or get on a flight. Didn’t hear back from anybody so I had to call again. I was told they don’t take deposit to hold vehicles. They definitely aren’t very accommodating or easy to work with l. They don’t seem very interested in selling vehicles. I’ve decided to look only at local dealers. I don’t trust the dealership and I’m certainly not going to drive four hours her pay money for airfare, going to be disappointed in the vehicle because I can’t seem to get a straight answer.
