Second GLC in a row that I’ve had nothing but problem with. This time around, 2023 that has a steering rack issue that cannot seem to be fixed. Replaced the steering rack and then had to bring it in three additional times for software updates. Still not fixed and I’m told to wait until MB writes new software. They keep telling me any day, but after a week of no call backs, they tell me they’re waiting on MB. If I don’t call, I don’t hear back. In the meantime, I’m paying for a car with issues and still no fix. Oh well. Probably my last Mercedes.
