Every one was so friendly the minute I walked in the dealership. I was met at the door and greeted by a friendly staff. My salesman, David was knowledgeable about the cars he was showing. David and the staff answered all my questions.

I wanted to say that the dealership Honda Traverse City are top notch. From the info I was given to enjoy all the features from service dept under Josh to now my sweet baby car!, Once Josh figured them out due to a bug in the car somewhere, That was a small electrical thing that seemed to that no one knew what they were. Josh and his group found the bug. No other dealership did that much work. Now I am relaxed in my car. However I was rear ended after that. My first call was to Josh. They even helped us schedule getting a car while my car was repaired. To wrap this up, I am very detailed and take good care of my cars. After they did the repair on my car I went over it with every inch to make sure it was perfect. They even gave me tips to get my finish glossy and beautiful. I am older and have dealed in my cars, homes and other things to be satisfied. I am not satisfied, I am thrilled. Thanks ya"ll.

Love this Jamy! Josh and his team at Honda service are relentless in hunting down even the smallest of issues in folk's cars and getting them repaired in a timely manner! Having customers that are "thrilled" makes our day! Thank you and enjoy the rest of the summer!

Both servicing for November's new snow tires with wheels and April's swap back to summer tires were flawless. Also did an excellent job mounting a new trailer hitch and some trim on the doors. Great job everyone!

Josh McCoy was a life saver! My batttery randomly died and I was stranded at a gas station when I was supposed to be picking my girlfriend up at the airport. Josh had me back on the road within an hour! He was a knight in shining armor! Thanks again Josh for such wonderful customer service!

Gary Schram was very accomodating during our visit and eventually leading us the purchase. The transaction was smooth and were able to drive with the vehilcle in less than 2 hours….

Mike Girard was FANTASTIC! I’ve never been happier to speak to a salesman in my life! He had amazing customer service and determination to get us a reliable and safe vehicle for my family and our 4 month old son. He was patient, kind and very responsive! He answered every question we had and walked us through the whole process. I’d recommend him to my friends and family and anyone looking for a vehicle! If you’re looking for a vehicle I highly recommend checking out Mike Girard at Williams in Traverse city! 10/10 in our book!

We were there August 18,2023 A light came on saying low tires.we pulled in the service areaA lady checked the tires and turned off the light off and said we’re go to go. A very professional attendant I wish I had her name,but I don’t.They didn’t charge us a thing!!! Honda 1919 CRV

I leased a new car and the second day I owned it, all of the warning lights on the dashboard lit up. I had to drive 60 miles back to the dealership with my husband following in his car because the general manager refused to give me a loner to drive home while they diagnosed and fixed my brand new car. My husband had to drive me back to pick it up 9 days later (240 miles for both round trips). To top it off, I called my insurance company yesterday to find out why I hadn’t gotten my new insurance card and bill and found out the dealership had never called them to insure the new car (which they claimed they had when I initially purchased it and picked it up). I certainly would have called the insurance company when I picked up the car if I’d known Williams Honda hadn’t (and lied that they had)! Worst customer service ever and they wanted me to rate them with all 5s!

Spent 150$ for them to plug their computer into my car to tell me I need my computer fixed before they could understand what is wrong and that would be 700$. Btw my car runs fine just wanted tire light off. Not happy and won’t be going there again.
