Despicable, dishonest, greedy, thieving liars! Customers check your contracts, I'm sure they stuck you with a WSC/warranty service contract, not... regulated by the state of Florida!! They can charge Whatever they want and 100 goes in their pockets! Why would you need A-war T service contract when you already have the Hyundai assurance which is supposed to be a 10 year 100000 mile warranty.... Provided to you by Hyundai at no extra charge however route 60 Hyundai sticks you with the warranty service contract so they can make more money for themselves! And if you're lucky enough to catch this within the 1st 60 days of your contract and can get it canceled and get a full refund good luck getting your money back because Mike in the finance department is the biggest liar deceiver and thief stuffing his pockets with your hard earned money!
Had an appointment at 12:00pm and it's now 4:30pm AND IM STILL WAITING. Customer service sucks!! Made us feel like trash. Had to talk to a "financial... representative" that told us YOU NEED A NEW CAR!

Oil ran through my engine onto the driveway. I towed it there & they worked on it. They found a leaking valve cover gasket. It was covered under my used... car warranty. The going rate for a dealer is about $200. My deductible was $100. I got away with it cheap & they did a good job.
Great people. The sales personnel are very knowledgeable. They try to get you into a product that is right for you. Fair and honest.

Was interested in purchasing a mercedes cash. Sales person told me that the advertised price was not how much the car cost it was only if i wanted to finance.... after telling him I wanted to pay cash and that i was not interested in financing, he tried to FORCE ME TO FINANCE! SO ANNOYING! LOUSY PPL
I went to the dealership 3 times and not one person approached me and when I did find someone he was rude. I will never buy a car there and will tell people... how bad their service is - altho I had heard that for years from many different people. A friend of mine bought her car there and is VERY DISSATISFIED with the work and service they give. The new manager is rude. You have a beautiful location and set up so why can't you hire some good people - starting with the lousy manager.
This has been the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone is so friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I got the best deal from Route 60... Hyundai and I got prices from 12 other dealers. After the sale they actually called to thank me again and invited me into the dealership for a meal from their very nice cafe.
Leased a Sonata Limited from Route 60 in October 2013. First time lease. Was pressured from moment 1. The salesman told me that I would have equity at... the end of the lease and could be as much as $3000 This is not true.. He also neglected to inform me that you can't extend a lease from Hyundai. The contract over stated the Capitalized Cost thus making the lease payments higher. Mike Aznavoorian never returned 3 phone calls during the first 2 years. Expect to be disappointed if you lease a Hyundai and especially from Route 60.
