I went in because the light came on.

I went in because the light came on. I was worried that it would be something serious. Scott said it could be just a gas cap and he was right. He is knowledgeable. We hope to see him again when we bring the car in for the oil change.

The service was fine it just took a Very Long time to get

The service was fine it just took a Very Long time to get an oil change and tire rotation. Also, the call center said they would make a note of the discount coupon I received in the mail so the discount would be honored after my service. They did not add the note and the coupon was not honored because I didn't bring the coupon with me.

The buying process was so smooth and stress free, beginning to end. Jay did not make me feel pressured or rushed in choosing a vehicle. This was my second vehicle to purchase at south pointe Honda, and I will definitely be back to purchase future vehicles with them.

Quick service with a nice waiting room.

Quick service with a nice waiting room. Friendly staff and a nice facility. Picked up a replacement cleaning kit for our 2023 Odyssey Elite van.
