The most horrible buying experience I've ever had. Nothing has been right with this car ever since I purchased and Webb Plainfield has done very litt...le to make it right. The final straw was yesterday when I went to renew my license sticker and found out that the car I've been driving for 6 months never had my plates transferred to that vehicle!!! I had to pay extra to get my plates transferred when I had already paid for that 6 months ago.. I've never received the proper floor mats that were promised me.. It took weeks to receive the extra key fob and on and on. My On Star account is still messed up telling me my home address is Joilet when in reality I live near St. Louis. I will never purchase another vehicle from this company..

Well, I was so busy the day On-Star notified me and forgot about making an appointment with you. So days went by. I would have forgotten if it wasn't for your customer service. Jim Ceci is an exceptional salesman. He helped us in Oct. 2015 to purchase a 2016 Chevy Cruize suitable for our son's first auto loan and made sure th...at we were driving away with a great car, including warranty and maintenance plan for our piece of mind. We returned last week (June 2016) and Jim patiently worked with us as we test drove a 2015 Malibu, a 2016 Chevy Cruize, and a 2016 Chevy Camero. After hours of comparing pricing and financing, we chose the Camero ( of course ??). Both experiences were friendly and compassionate to our needs. And Jim was there to get us set up with our trial on star and followed up with us over the next week to answer questions for us. Overall, great service and knowledgeable. We'll be returning for future purchases and services.
