I did not end up purchasing a car from this dealership

I did not end up purchasing a car from this dealership but, that is only because I had started the buying process with another dealership before Volvo Cars of Naples had responded. I let them know that I was pursuing another vehicle but, that if it fell through I would reach out to them next and they were very kind and apologetic about taking a little while to get back to me. The implication had been made that if I changed my mind, they could also try to find a way to sweeten the deal or perhaps try to entice me to stop working with the other dealership (which, to be clear, was in another state). In the long run, I wish I had heard from them sooner as I had already signed paperwork with the other dealer when I heard this but, the experience with said dealer was much less pleasant than just conversing with Volvo Cars of Naples, and the car they had seemed like a better deal but, I was in a pinch unfortunately. I did not give 5 stars only because 1) they did take a while to respond to my initial inquiry with them and 2) I am aware that the job of the sales people is to get my business and that once they have it, their entire demeanor and willingness to work with you and answer questions may go out the window (which is exactly what happened with the dealership I did buy from) so, I can't in good conscious give 5 stars without having gone through the purchasing process but, everything else I experienced seemed like they would have been nice to work with.

They did a great job.

They did a great job. They were very comprehensive and finished on time. Keep me informed via text messages. They identified the problem and provided a detailed report.

Repair was done in warranty.

Repair was done in warranty. Took extra time to finish the work due to extra steps to satisfy warranty requirements. Overall always a good experience here.

Awesome, fast service.

Awesome, fast service. Great staff and dealer location. Went for a scheduled service and it was a smooth process. Left the building very satisfied and will come back again.

I bought a XC60 here last month and love it!

I bought a XC60 here last month and love it! Tyler Biffer, my Sales Agent, was great: the purchasing process took less than 1 hour in and out of the door! The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, class-act dealership!

Dear Sir/Madam: I took my car for service on Wednesday,

Dear Sir/Madam: I took my car for service on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, and An Advisor by the name of Douglas took care of me. After waiting from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm I decided to go to see the Advisor Douglas to find out what was happening with my car, when someone told me that Douglas was gone for the day. I was surprised to learn that he left without telling me that he was leaving and to give me information regarding when my car was going to be ready. I asked for the Manager, and I was told that he was left too. Finally Victor and the only Advisor that was still there, Lisbeth Ricardo, after looking for my paperwork that was left over Douglas desk, they were able to find out that my car was ready and she finished the process of the repair that cost me $671.41 after the discount she kindly applied to my invoice, as well as answered all my concerns regarding my car and the service that was performed. I want to express my gratitude to her and to the other person by the name of Victor, for helping me and for the kind and courteous treatment, which I appreciated but that unfortunately cannot change my decision of not going back to Volvo Cars of Naples for service or for buying a new Volvo vehicle which I was considering.
