Glockner South Point Ford

Quander Wilson was great to work with. My first visit was simply to look at Ford's line up to see if we were interested in any model. There was professional follow-up to see if we had questions. Several months later and with several area visits, we came back to Glockner and Mr. Wilson for the purchase and appreciated the professional service provided.

We had a very pleasant experience in buying a used car. This was our first purchase from Glockner, and we are very happy with our salesman and all the people who work at Glockner. We would highly recommend Glockner to anyone wanting to buy a new or used car. Our salesman worked very hard to get us a great deal and the right car for us. I can't say enough about the sales and service from Glockner.

April 27,2015 I made the 30 minute trip from my home to South Point Ford to look at a 2012 Ford Explorer XLT that my wife and I had briefly looked at on A Sunday evening. I was greeted by a very pleasant young salesman, Quander Wilson. Mr. Wilson was extremely helpful and courteous during my visit and was very accommodating in letting me take the vehicle for the afternoon, so I could pick my wife up at work and for both of us to be able to evaluate the vehicle. We were impressed with the XLT and decided to buy it if the terms were right. The negotiations with Mr. Wilson and the staff was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I would like to thank Quander, Pat and Sam for their help in making this the most enjoyable car purchase experience that I have had, and I'm talking about numerous cars over an almost 40-year span. Thanks to all at Glockner's South Point Ford.

I would like to amend my previous review. I am not very happy with Terry, the salesman that I dealt with. He did not mention to me that the next week after I bought my truck, that they were going to have a deal where they give 15,000 off the MSRP and also buy you gas for the summer. I am disappointed about this as I am sure he knew about it coming up. I trusted him and he let me down.

I orginally took my Taurus in for an oil change and ended up shopping for a new vehicle. I purchased an Explorer and this is my second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and Terry Howard was my salesman both times. My son has also purchased his last 2 vehicles at this dealearship and Terry was also his salesman. We always deal with Terry. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He asks what you want in a vehicle and he works very hard to get you what you want in the price range you are looking for. He was very patient and understanding. I have recommended him and the Ford Dealership to my family and friends.

I am so happy with the my salesman, Terry Howard. He has helped me select the car I wanted with the terms that I wanted to stay within. Iam very pleased I have dealt with Terry Howard for yrs. I didnt have alot of time to shop around with the hrs I work so I called Terry he got me a car I went in next day everything was ready out in 30 mins! Excellent service.

Steve met us as soon as we drove onto the lot. He listened to our needs and directed us to a very nice used Buick LaCrosse. The whole buying experience was stress-free and we were very satisfied. We would definitely visit this dealership in the future.
