Audi Boulder rocks! I had the opportunity to test drive the amazing Q5 for the weekend of IRONMAN 70.3 Boulder. Not only was my driving experience awesome, but when I returned the Audi, my car was all detailed and washed up and ready to go. The guys in the service department were super nice and Jaymie personally thanked me for giving Audi a whirl. I thanked them by dropping off a bunch of chocolate chip cookies courtesy of The Cookie Project and IRONMAN Foundation. Woohoo!!!

This Audi dealer takes the time and effort to make the buying process very easy. I bought a used Subaru Outback from Bret and couldn't be happier. The car was gone over mechanically and detailed nicely. I'am glad a Audi dealer takes the time to sell affordable very units as well. Truly a great experience at Audi Boulder! EVERYONE was incredibly nice and helpful through the entire process. I wasn?t sure exactly what vehicle I wanted when I first went in and I wasn?t in a big rush to get something, partly because I was dreading the car buying experience. The Sales rep Madison was very patient and helpful and not at all pushy. I was prepared to wait a few months but bought the perfect Q5 the next week! The buying process almost too easy (even working with another sales rep Bret (who as also great)). The GM even came out and worked with me directly, taking the time to sit down and talk me through the difference between leasing and purchasing options.

The experience I had at Audi Boulder was completely beyond my expectations. The sales manager I worked with was Greg Romano, and from the first inquiry I made online he was available and professional in setting up a meeting time, as well as providing a confirmation reminder the day before. He was prepared for our test drive, and discussion, and open and honest about everything regarding my purchase. He and the Audi team were willing to accommodate any requests I had, and were timely in scheduling the additions I made to my purchase. I recently chose Boulder Audi for my new car purchase and couldn't be happier. My sales consultant, Greg Romano, was a pleasure to work with and made sure that every step of the process was communicated clearly. When I visited the dealership I was on a tight timeline to complete the transaction in order to pick up my daughter from school. The entire team pulled together and made sure that I was able to get my new Q5 quickly and easily. This includes Greg, the sales manager as well as the finance guy. All in all, an A+ experience.

Bought a used SUV and had a completely painless , positive experience. My sales person Maddie was knowledgeable , organized and had the car ready to test drive when we arrived. Price negotiations were pleasant and time efficient - her sales manager came out to finalize and then the finance manager did a terrific job of generating the paperwork quickly. Would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealer - lots of other dealerships could learn from these folks.

I just recently purchase a Audi Q5 from Audi Boulder. They did a great job demonstrating this car and others. Things got a little confusing when deciding on the financing. The good news is... when I signed papers to lease the vehicle and then decided the next day to purchase it, they allowed us to make this change without the least bit of hassle. They also stood by the trade in value of our existing car under both the lease and the purchase scenarios. This tells me that they are ethical as a dealership. The Audi brand is new to us, so we purchased the standard maintenance plan at a reasonable price for the first four years. Hopefully the car performs well over the long term. It's certainly fun to drive!
