I bought a truck from Graff on Mission Street 3 weeks ago. The brakes acted up then... I went to get them looked at and they said there was transmission fluid in the brake line that was going to cost me $5,000. I am on a fixed income and am raising my two kids by myself. My credit is not good. So now they say the truck shouldn't be driven, so I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't drive????? I think not!!!!!
Jennica, I'm sorry that you're unhappy with the vehicle you purchased. We strive to make sure we are selling quality vehicles and everything goes through a safety inspection before hitting the lot. It sounds like you stopped into the dealership today and the dealership has offered you a credit back towards another vehicle for the same amount you spent on your vehicle. Please reach out to your salesperson or management directly if you have questions about the replacement vehicle.
Repair to exhaust noise in 2013 GMC Sierra 2500
The Service Team is top notch and the Mechanic Chris was excellent. He took the time with me on a ride along, to diagnose the noise and come up with the fix. Thanks Graff GMC Service Team, Keith.

Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff were courteous and service was performed quickly.

Service writers are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I've been to the other dealerships in Mt. Pleasant and this service dept. is the only one I trust.
Was told oil change for my car would be 35.00. After oil change was completed it cost me 53.03. Yes, just for the oil change. When I questioned the Service Representative he told me that he didn't know that my car took O/20 oil even though he was looking at a computer screen with my car info when he told me it would be 35.00. They won't see me again!!!

The staff in the service department were very accommodating to me. They were super friendly and made me feel very welcome and taken care of. I was very happy that my truck had been washed while it was in for service and I never even requested that.
The booking and service was very good as always. Graff is an excellent dealership.
