Stopped in twice for an issue with my tire. The service department is so helpful and accommodating, I never made an appointment, but they went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Each time I went in they were all smiles and really made you feel welcome. I will never go anywhere else!

This is the 8 th vehicle we have purchased in our life time. I do have to say that this was the most pleasurable experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. We dealt with other dealerships and have had to walk out and not go back. Our sales rep, Randy Jacobs was a pleasure to deal with and did not high pressure us. He was very personable and answered all the questions we had. This is the first Buick we've owned and we absolutely love it. It is a little high tech for us as we are retired people and a little technically challenged. We do need to stop back and have someone help us with some of the radio programming. When we are ready to purchase again we definitely will come back. This was the best purchase we've made. Thanks
