Madison Davidson

Madison Davidson was great to work with! She was a true professional that I would highly recommend to anyone! There was a discrepancy on the final figures in the finance office and she handled it top notch, although the F & I manager, Mike did not. My experience is still very positive due to Madison! Mike should learn something from her, as if he handled everything for me, I would have absolutely walked away due to his extreme unprofessionalism. I am giving all 5 stars for Madison, if I were rating Mike in F & I, I would not even give him 1 star.

Do not use Robert basil for service

Took my truck in for warranty service asked for an oil change while they had it. Picked up the truck they put a big dent in the driver door three months later they still won?t fix it. Also, went to another location for additional service and found they stole/lost my oil filler cap. How do you do an oil change and not replace the oil cap when your finished???? The most basic part of the whole procedure. Who should be responsible for for engine failure do to excessive dirt getting into the engine from the cap not being put on. Clearly a bunch of amateurs working at this facility who shouldn?t be there without someone looking over their shoulder to verify work. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE!!!

Worst car buying experience of my life, sold me a car

Worst car buying experience of my life, sold me a car with an engine recall of which I was not informed and after 3 month lemon law they took absolutely no responsibility for selling me a car that was totally shot. It’s now dead in my driveway and I still owe money on it, missed the recall window thanks to dishonest practices that seem to be the norm here
