The overall buying experience was excellent. Paul and Jay were professional and friendly. They knew the car and answered all questions clearly and concisely. My 11 year old grandson was with me and they made him feel welcome. They gave him a Porsche Polo Shirt. This was a truly class act. I felt like they wanted my business woth no pressure sales tactics. I was very happy with the process from beginning to end.

I recently purchased a Cayenne Coupe and it was the best buying experience that I have had. From the moment I randomly walked into the dealership to when I finally went through with the purchase a couple weeks later, everyone was courteous, responsive, and not pushy. Buying experience was smooth. Follow up getting registration and title processed was difficult.it took 28 days to get a copy of my new registration emailed to me. Title work unknown. Clearly back office issues. I began asking for registration after 3 weeks. Have no explanation for the delay. Had to write a bedbug letter to senior management to get action.
