Submitted a request for info on minivan I saw on line. Said someone would be getting back to me. I never heard from anyone so I called the dealership and ask for info. They found the van I was looking at. I told her that I was trading in my 2023 Chevrolet trailblazer on it. I gave her the mileage, payoff, Vin #, and sent pictures. I explained that I was from artesia and kept grandbabies everyday so I couldn't come up unless we could make a deal. I told her with my husband on disability we are on a fixed income so I gave her the monthly payment we couldn't go over. She said she would talk to someone and she if they could payoff my vehicle and hopefully have a little left to help get my payments where I needed. I realize it might have been a Long shot, but was hoping since it was a 2024 and had been online for 6 months, they could possibly work a deal. I ask her if she could just let me know what she found out. 2 days later she sent me an email apologizing for the delay but that they were closed on new years and she was still waiting on the numbers. I told her I totally understood how holidays were crazy and to just let me know what she found out. I emailed her again yesterday and ask if she had found out anything and still have not heard back. I was very disappointed. I know it doesn't take that many days to say yes or no on payments. People go in and buy cars everyday and it only takes a few hours. I would not have been upset if they couldn't get my payments where I needed, I would have just appreciated her letting me know that, so I could start looking somewhere else. I had explained that I was needing to get something bigger, fairly soon, due to growing family. I'm just assuming that since I never heard back, the answer was no, so I'll start looking elsewhere

Screw this place
Terrible. Bought a car in March of 22’. Touch screen didn’t turn on at all and DVD players didn’t work so they said they would fix it by the end of the week. 6 weeks later it finally gets done after numerous calls to them. But wait, it still doesn’t work! They were able to get the screen ON but the actual touch part still doesn’t work and they only fixed one of the tv screens. We told them about our issue and they have absolutely ghosted us! Literally will not return any of our calls or get back to us. We signed a contract saying they would fix it all. They are such a nightmare to work with. Beware. Will never work with them again

Ghosting customers is just odd
Absolutely horrid. I went and got financing for a car I was going to buy and they ghosted me! A car dealership ghosting customers?! Who does that?

Had lots of problems with both of our company truc
Went in with both of our chevy trucks. Took awhile to get a call back but spoke with a Mike who was a tech and he helped out tremendously. Good customer service and all of the problems are fixed. Happy to have a good mechanic shop in town finally!

Service on the road
I was on a multi state trip with grandkids and miles over an oil change for mt grand caravan. I found Tate autoplex un Carlsbad as a walk-in. They were fantastic even though they were busy and i had no appointment they fit me right in and completed the job in a short time. Even though they were not my nirmal dealership they were great and very friendly. Thank you for your fantastic service

Bordering on criminal
Absolutely the worst automotive experience of my life. 3 overlapping warranties on a 1 year old truck and they still tried to extort $2000. The truck sat in the shop for 3 weeks while they tried to dupe the warranty companies by wanting to replace a bunch of parts that they never even tested. Claimed park assist sensors were bad and they never even unplugged them to look at them. Claimed wiring harness was bad and they never disconnected to test. This place is all about stealing from whom ever dares walk through their door. STAY AWAY

Zero customer service. Constant run around and false promises. Had to call Chrysler to get anything done.
