Classic Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Goldsboro

Went to get a new key fob fir my challenger. About 5 mins before they were done a gentleman approached me and told me my battery was week and needed to be replaced. When they finished programming my key I went to start the car and the battery was dead. I drive this car once a week due to having a company car. Every time the car has started right up with no indication of a week battery. I just find it odd that all of a sudden while at the dealership the battery is no longer any good.

We were greeted by a very friendly and personable sales lady. We had selected a car from their website so we took it for a drive and liked it except it was noisy. She thought the tires needed to be rotated but couldn’t get it done until the next day. We purchased the car and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They replaced the complete set of tires at no cost to us! Everyone - the General Manager, the salesperson, the finance person, the people in the repair shop - were wonderful!
