Simple key replacement

Went to get a new key fob fir my challenger. About 5 mins before they were done a gentleman approached me and told me my battery was week and needed to be replaced. When they finished programming my key I went to start the car and the battery was dead. I drive this car once a week due to having a company car. Every time the car has started right up with no indication of a week battery. I just find it odd that all of a sudden while at the dealership the battery is no longer any good.

Jeep Service for Windshield wipers

The expectation was better than what actually happened. I was quoted what case but my actual service was beat case. I truly appreciate the service provided.

Shopping for a new/used truck

Keisha James my sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all questions I had on the trucks operation. In addition, the general manager and finance associates were very friendly and knowledgeable, and took care of all my questions and concerns.

Buying a Used Car

We were greeted by a very friendly and personable sales lady. We had selected a car from their website so we took it for a drive and liked it except it was noisy. She thought the tires needed to be rotated but couldn’t get it done until the next day. We purchased the car and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They replaced the complete set of tires at no cost to us! Everyone - the General Manager, the salesperson, the finance person, the people in the repair shop - were wonderful! We highly recommend Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat.
