I purchased a very expensive vehicle recently. Within the first few days I received a flat tire and there was no key for the wheel locks so I was forced to tow the vehicle to the nearest dealership which was exceedingly expensive. Then, after only having the vehicle 10 days the vehicle was found to have a coolant leak and other expensive drivetrain issues. None of these issues were disclosed to me and when I reached out to my sales rep, her response was and I quote “ Those are not things that we were aware of, we always highly recommend our clients purchase an extended warranty.” For the price I paid for this vehicle I am extremely disappointed by the dealer’s unwillingness to help even a little. I do not recommend.

Worst place I've ever dealt with. They had all my paperwork completed we had been working on for 4 days. I sold my car and had everything arranged. They never told I would be in danger of losing it. As I was driving in to buy it, they decided to sell it to some walk in couple as I was walking in. I was heartbroken, without a car and in shock. Dont EVER buy from them. Most disloyal company I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't buy a car if they sold it to me 80 percent off. I wouldn't trust a word they say.

Talked to salesman for two days on car. Called before I left drove 3-1/2 hours to find out cars already been sold. Liars try to switch cars and sale you something else. Don’t deal with. Other cars they own are rough. Paint work etc

I spoke with a salesman before leaving home 3-1/2 hrs drive y set to arrive and vehicle was sold. Old bait and switch deal. Most cars are rough with paintwork and dirty inside. Stay away.

From the moment we put in the inquiry, to the moment we walked into their HUGE indoor showroom, the experience was nothing short of AMAZING! They must have had several hundreds of Mercedes, BMW, Lexus and Land Rovers on display! They have no haggle policy that we preferred and very transparent in regards to every dollar you are paying. Cars are in immaculate condition and staff is very patient and not pushy. The very idea of what people look for in a dealership! We absolutely love our car and will be back for all of our future car needs.

Amazing indoor facility with a wide selection of high end vehicles! Everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Second to none waiting area with fancy snacks and chocolate. They even have kids play area and pet friendly. A must place to visit when shopping for a vehicle!
