Had a good salesman that didnt pressure to buy vehicle. Sales manger came in clutch getting my payment affordable. Overall good experience. I would buy from them again and recommend them to people.

Great car, good price, bad experience. 6/9/26: I went there to purchase a used 2014 E350. It started great with Deonte. I had done my due diligence on the car by getting a report from Auto Check and saw it was well maintained over its years. I took it for a test drive, no issues other than I made the mistake of falling in love with the car haha I offered to pay 10 (listed at under 12) and Deonte came back with comps of other vehicles like a realtor would on a house and justified why they wouldn't budge. Plus cars dot com said it was a good deal, even though I'd have preferred a great one so, eh, screw it. He came back with the number I needed for the cashier's check and off I went. Returned to the dealer and this is where it turned bad. Ari(or some dude in a red shirt and glasses) came out and then offered me a 6 month extended warranty for another $800. I asked, "Is that included in the price?" "No, that's on top of everything else." I became incensed and demanded the return of my check because I perceived it as "We already got about 14k out of him (vehicle plus "coating protection", tax, tag and title), let's see if we can get more." That infuriated me and turned a good experience into a bad one. He tried to justify it as like going to Best Buy and buying a protection plan on a TV. The thing is, Best Buy offers it BEFORE money changes hands and instead of owning that mistake in their car buying process, he seemed to blame me for leaving to get the check before the EW was offered. Plus, why would I need one if "every vehicle on their lot goes through an 82 point check" per Deonte? Am I being mislead here, somewhere? 3 stars as the car and its condition was their saving grace. I would have given them 4 stars had it gone smoother, 5 if Ari had said, "I apologize for this misunderstanding and to make it right, since you already gave us the check, we're going to eat it, reduce the price to account for the warranty and add it to the vehicle." Nope! Just seemed greedy and ruined any chance of future purchases from me.

Deonte and Dylan were very easy to work with, everything was explained well and done electronically as I live out of state. There were no hiccups with the paperwork and the car was delivered to me, only issue was a delay in shipping due to the fuel costs. As for working with the dealership I cannot recommend them enough.

Rob, our salesperson did a nice job showing us the vehicle. The pricing was fair and acceptable. The paperwork process was very quick and easy to understand. There was no pressure to purchase any additional products or warranties. Great experience!

They were fantastic during the sales process and the car is decent. However, once the sale was done their customer Support drops to zero. They would not return any phone calls. They were late getting the title work done. They're only allowed 31 days. And we did not receive title work until two days before our paper plate expired. We were very close to taking the car back to them

They sold me a car they claimed had no accidents, that was extremely dirty upon purchasing. After washing it, it was clear there was more damage than they disclosed. They were very snarky on the phone, after first contact, and proceeded to dodge all attempts to contact them, once it was pointed out that they had committed fraud.

We purchased a 2018 BMW 530i from AutoGiant on Keystone on 1/3. During the test drive, the car showed a “check coolant level” warning. The salesman told us it was likely just a sensor issue and would be taken care of, so we moved forward with the purchase and bought the extended warranty. By March 8, the car had a major coolant leak and had to be towed to a warranty-approved shop. We later found out the vehicle has extensive leaks that would have clearly been present at the time of sale. Repairs are over $10,000, and the warranty is only covering about $1,300. The main issue isn’t even covered under our plan—and we were never offered the higher-tier coverage that would have included it. We also were not given a copy of the warranty contract at purchase and had to request it later. When we asked the dealership for help, the only option offered was for us to pay to tow the car to them and pay another diagnostic fee, with no assistance for costs we’ve already incurred. We are now having to take out a personal loan to repair a car we just bought, with no guarantee other issues won’t arise. I would not recommend AutoGiant. Be extremely cautious, get everything in writing, and have any vehicle independently inspected before buying.

The team at Auto Giant did not miss a beat. When I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in, they immediately sent a walk through video to show the current condition of the car. Upon arrival at the dealership I was promptly greeted at the door by our salesperson. Excellent service and quite reasonable with negotiations. I was able to get into the vehicle of choice with an extended warranty well under budget. A pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend!
