DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS. HAD MY CAR 3 WEEKS BEFORE MOTOR BLEW UP AND THEY REFUSED TO GET IT AND FIX IT. TELLING ME IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO GET IT TOWED BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP AND TRIED TO MAKE IT LIKE IT WAS SOMETHING WE DID TO MAKE THE MOTOR BLOW UP. THE OWNER HAS LITTLE MAN SYNDROME CAUSE HE TRIES TO TALK TO PEOPLE LIKE HE IS SUPERIOR. TRIED IT WITH ME BUT I PUT HIM IN HIS PLACE REAL QUICK! THE FRONT DESK LADY IS A STRAIGHT UP LIAR. SHE WILL TELL YOU ONE THING THEN WHEN THE OWNER IS PRESENT SHE CHANGES HER STORY AND SAY THATS NOT WHAT I SAID! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AND THEIR CARS ARE 100000% TRASH!! IF YOU BUY A CAR HAVE A LAWYER ON STANDBY ASAP FOR THESE LOWLIFES!!

Chevyland coolly and calmly told me to take a vehicle purchased there somewhere else for repair. "Since there is no service data on your Silverado 10 or more yrs we will not repair. RedRiver said no problem

I went I first got the car they were good!! Then over time management has changed. The people they have in there are rude, incompetent, and they must don't communicate with each other because it's always some different. MANAGEMENT ON DOWN!! THESE PPL MAKE YOU WANNA HAVE OK-GOOD CREDIT AND NOT USE THEM!! NEVER AGAIN. LETS NOT TALK ABOUT THE PPL IN THE FRONT!! ENTIRE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST. EXCEPT ASHLEY. DONT EVER DEAL WITH THEM. ITS ALOT OF STUFF THEY DONT TELL U. THE BBB NEEDS TO SEE THEM

Straight lies from beginning to end. Tires bad I had to replace not long after I got the truck. Head light missing, transmission slipping, air bags don't work, knock sensors are out, floor board on passenger side stays sopping wet from some kind of leak, roaches in the truck, and the list goes on. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I have read the reviews and it is unfortunate that customers rate this place like they do. For me, when you buy a used car, you have to understand that it is an "as is" sale, meaning that they do not have to repair the car once you leave the lot, but they do try and assist the customer if they can but are under no obligation to do so. Second, I am not sure who owned it back in 2018 but the office manager, Christine is very pleasant and does what she can to make your buying experience a painless one. When a person chooses to go to Elite, it is because their down payment is more reasonable than anywhere else in Shreveport, which is a plus when you don't have a lot to put down, and for me, the experience was great because I am an educated consumer and I know what comes with buying a used car or it being a "rent to own" company, the cars are high mileage but again, you have to make the decision to pick what will work for you and your budget and if you choose to buy a car without taking a mechanic with you, then you can't blame this company for giving people who probably can't go elsewhere because of bad credit or no job references, the chance to get into a car. Now, it is up to the consumer to protect their investment and if you buy a high mileage car that is a chance you take and you should get a repair warranty on it. They have been nothing but gracious to me and I appreciate them for being the one place that accepted a down payment with an installment plan because I couldn't afford to have it all on that day but they are flexible and understanding and if you don't communicate with them then yes if you are late with your note expect them to get their car back which any loan company would do. If you don't keep your insurance, they have the right to take their car because in the contract you signed you said that you will keep full coverage insurance. If you do your part and have the proper maintenance done on the car you should not have to worry about it breaking down and if it does, it is your responsibility. I saw one person said that they get their cars from auction, if they do it is the same as many larger used car dealerships, they too get theirs from auctions sometimes as well. I will say that if it wasn't for them, I would be spending a ton of money on Lyft. I thank them for helping me to get into a decent enough car and looking to purchase another one in a few months,
