Out of state customer. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were helpful be I arrived and while on site. A couple minor issues that they did resolve.

Professional, courteous, and efficient. My only complaint is under the current administration the finance cost is astronomic. Significantly increased the cost of this transaction. Not Classic’s fault but Biden’s.

Just leased a new cx30 from Classic Mazda. Jon Black did a terrific taking me through the process. I have been emailing Jon with questions over the last six months and he has always gotten back to me with helpful information. Purchased a Certified Pre Owned Mazda from Classic Mazda.It was a pleasure working with Jon as he walked me through the entire process and made it easy.What really impressed me was that he took the time to explain how the "gadgets" worked.

I purchased a pre-owned Lexus from Tyler the salesman there and he was great. he took the time to explain everything to me about the car. The Sales Manager was so helpful and friendly that I felt like I would be well taken care of. lastly the Finance Manager took the time to discuss every aspect of the loan to me and even went over early payoff options. I have already referred them to some friends

I had a fantastic car-buying experience with Phil A. at Classic Mazda! I prefer the opposite of a stereotypical car salesman and Phil was just that! We were making jokes the whole time and he entertained my quirky personality and questions about the car throughout the whole experience, which was comforting to know that he was really listening and trying to understand what I needed out of my new car, instead of just rattling off information and trying to make a sale. We had a great experience purchasing my new Mazda, thanks to the very friendly and helpful Bryan Walker. Even when I changed my mind, and upgraded at the last minute, throwing everything out of balance, he juggled it like a pro! He was very patient and knowledgeable, spending plenty of time with me helping to sync my phone to the new vehicle, and making sure I understood all the new technology, my previous vehicle was without. It’s a secure feeling to know I can call him in the future with any further questions.
