I worked with Phil Albert to trade in my vehicles and get a new CX-50. It was a very nice experience overall. Working with everyone at this dealership is. always nice. My family has purchased a number of vehicles form this dealer and I highly recommend them for purchase, maintenance and repair. Phil is a very knowledgeable and nice person to work with.

I had the best car-buying experience at Classic Mazda in Mentor. I had my sights set on trading in my current Mazda CX-5 for a newer (pre-owned) CX-9 which was a significant financial upgrade. I did not think that it would be possible given the cost of the vehicle and what I was going to be able to pay for a new vehicle but with the support of Savannah and Nate (the manager) with whom we worked, I now am driving my dream car and could not be happier. The car was in immaculate condition for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Working with both Nate and Savannah was very straight forward and seamless. Savannah took the time to text with me weeks before I even came in to get a better understanding of what I was looking for and, by the time I came in, I left 4 hours later with my NEW (new to me and really looking new) car! I could not recommend working with both of them enough. Curtis in financing was great as well and gave me some time to think about what I wanted warranty wise and worked with me on pricing. Overall, 10 out of 10 stars for Classic Mazda in Mentor... I might drive all the way out there from the west side for service to be honest!

I would HIGHLY recommend the Classic Auto Campus (Mazda dealership)! They are extremely professional, kind, very knowledgeable and not once did I feel pressured into making a decision/ purchase. The process was quick and the team was very accommodating to my likes and needs.
