This dealership was very welcoming and did not offer pressure for anything. Super helpful & helped get me into a wonderful new Seltos. If ever I need or know anyone who is looking for a new or gently used car I will direct them to Evans Kia.

Everyone from Atom(salesman) to JR in finance was very nice and helpful. Everyone, including the managers, made us feel very welcome. And made the purchase as painless as possible. We will definitely be return customers. And we will tell everyone we know to go to Kia of Evans to purchase a vehicle.

Told sales manager what I would pay ITD and I would not

Told sales manager what I would pay ITD and I would not be financing ,10 minutes after I leave get text saying they would do my price OTD drive a back to dealership just for him to tell me I would have to finance to get that price after he was told I was not financing 3 times before .This is a con job where they are taking advance of customers beware of al there tricks

Personally, I had a great experience at the dealership.

Personally, I had a great experience at the dealership. I wasn't looking to make a purchase that day, but after speaking with my parents I didn't have a real reason to wait. There was a little bit of a wait which we didn't mind especially after being able to work with Mr. Jeff Williams. He was very knowledgeable, he asked me what I had in mind, and if I was looking for any specific features. I did inform Mr. Williams, and he pointed me to the right direction. I highly recommend asking to work with him if possible.

2 years ago my daughter purchased her first car and was

2 years ago my daughter purchased her first car and was excited to get the 2016 Kia Soul+ from Evans Kia. 2 weeks after pulling off the lot, an engine light came on. She kept taking it back to the service department and we later found out they were clearing the code (confirmed by another mechanic) and say they couldn't find anything wrong. Well, the car has been burning oil since then and she constantly had to literally replace the oil weekly. Now, there's an engine recall and somehow her car is not eligible for the recall because of a part. The repair is approximately $6400. They want to only offer $500 on this car they sold with an existing issue when the car is currently valued at $6,000. They want her to put the $500 towards another car on their lot. Our trust has been broken with this dealership and their customer service. A call was placed to corporate to inquire about the recall issue and what could be done moving forward. Dead end. The car was towed and is currently just sitting there. We are very disappointed that her first purchase has been soured by the experience with Evans Kia.. We have reached out to Stokes Hodges Kia in South Carolina and they are looking into how they can assist us.
