Exceptional attention to me as a customer.

From researching through the internet and the first call to Honda Morristown to the end process of showing us the features of our new vehicle before we drove off, the attention to us as a customer was exceptional. I felt like my business was valued and of course they would like to make a sale, but there was no pressure place on me to buy a vehicle. Here is what we have and can offer you and this is the price we can sell it to you at was their approach; this was very much appreciated by me and my wife. A shout out to Todd, Rodney and Greg for their exceptional customer service.

Phenomenal Customer Service

Outstanding service from the moment I walked onto the lot until the moment I left. John Wilson made sure that all my needs were met in a timely and efficient manner and even went that extra mile by adding a couple complimentary features that I didn't anticipate getting. Within a couple hours, I drove off the lot with my beautiful brand new fully detailed Honda Civic and a full tank of gas. This was my first new car purchase and won't be my last. I will definitely be back!

Great experience purchased a new pilot

Great experience if you don't like the typical dog and pony show give Rodney a call purchased a new 2016 honda pilot touring below msrp and they don't have a bunch of over priced dealer add ons ( which is just a way to Jack up the price) .

2016 Honda Civic EX-T

I live in Bristol, and the tri-cities Honda dealers could not match prices at Morristown Honda, ( nor are customer sales reviews as high) this is the second Honda purchase from Morristown Honda. Good pricing, and courteous staff, (Kibbee McCoy, Rodney, and Clint.) Actually, every person I came into contact there was. It is going on 12 whole days since my purchase and still pleased. I never had to contact dealership with last Honda for any issues, so I can not comment on mechanical service / repair, but expect it to be good, just as sales service. If I use that service, I will leave a comment about it as well.

Best Dealer Ever Used

I used Honda Morristown for the first purchase I made of a Honda in 2009. Since then I have traded vehicles three times and each time was extremely pleasant. I was given Honda Morristown as a reference from a friend after expressing great dissatisfaction with about every Honda dealer I had looked at in the Knoxville area. What I found in Morristown was an extremely friendly, helpful, courteous, professional staff. The employees have gone beyond mere customer service and at times have gone the extra mile to help. They have changed a few personnel over the years, but the wonderful environment has never gone away. I've had all my maintenance done at their shop with no glitches and no problems at any point. I've recommended this dealer to several people through the years.

Smooth and easy..

My buying experience was seamless, from my first test drive, down to bringing them the check for the vehicle. The sales people here are so flexible and easy to work with, even when stopping by on the way to the UT game, not having but a few minutes of our own to spare, and wanting my husband to test drive the car that I fell in love with, but not to discuss business that day. They didn't even try, because they knew of the hurry we were in, It was great, I knew from that point that I would be purchasing from them for sure. If you want easy and fast, go to Honda Morristown, NOBODY else is better!

Traded BMW for new Honda Accord

I just traded my 2007 BMW for a new Honda Accord EX. First of all, I was not a happy camper about trading. I absolutely loved driving the BMW, but I was also smart enough to do my research and knew it was not a wise decision to keep it. I needed something stress free....hence the lifetime warranty that drew me back to Honda Morristown. I had actually purchased a new Accord in 2002 as well. It was my first experience negotiating alone for a car and I was a wreck!!! Everyone I dealt with was extremely patient, knowledgable, and knew when I needed some calm-down time. They made the transition as smooth as possible. I would definitely tell others to visit Honda Morristown.

I bought several vehicles from them over the years. Fair prices, excellent service, close to home and Honda makes a great car. Why go anywhere else?!
