Daniel was excellent timely honest and a pleasure to work with. I also met Charles in sales and he was excellent as well. I have been to Lexus dealers in Chicago Atalanta and Charlotte, these guys are on a different level.

The customer service person solved my dilemma very quickly. While we waited, we were very comfortably seated in the waiting area. He even offered to have the car washed after our discussion.

Squeezed me in to a full schedule
Traveling from out of town and needed a 100K service before we set out on the remaining 2.5K miles of our trip the following day. Dealer website said no appointments were available for 2 days. I did an online chat, presented my problem, and a service manager got right in touch with me and worked me in first thing the next morning. Service was completed in 2 hours and I was on my way. Super attention to the customer.
