Excellent customer service

As always excellent service, friendly staff and always willing to work with you regarding service dates and times. I would recommend Hilton Head Lexus to anyone inteeeated in purchasing a new vehicle.

Have taken my ES350 to dealer since purchase. Must single out Kristen Rismiller, Service Consultant. Excellent people skills, knows her job and has a great attitude!

Fast and efficient service

I have used the Hilton Lexus service department since the dealership opened and have been pleased either service. Kristen hasalwYs been helpful while Daniel was quick to help out when she was not around

Great service and wonderful staff like Kristin!

The staff that sets up our appointments like Kristin Rismiller are wonderful to make,sure that what is needed is done right and that unecessary work isn't done!!!

Service

Daniel was excellent timely honest and a pleasure to work with. I also met Charles in sales and he was excellent as well. I have been to Lexus dealers in Chicago Atalanta and Charlotte, these guys are on a different level.

Had a problem with my car

The customer service person solved my dilemma very quickly. While we waited, we were very comfortably seated in the waiting area. He even offered to have the car washed after our discussion.

Squeezed me in to a full schedule

Traveling from out of town and needed a 100K service before we set out on the remaining 2.5K miles of our trip the following day. Dealer website said no appointments were available for 2 days. I did an online chat, presented my problem, and a service manager got right in touch with me and worked me in first thing the next morning. Service was completed in 2 hours and I was on my way. Super attention to the customer.
