Great friendly prompt service. Facility provided comfortable space while waiting. Car was beautifully cleaned before we left. Would recommend dealership to anyone for eithe purchase or service.

Chip was thorough yet took significant time to convey information and recommendations when asked. He was sensitive to our queries and stated preferences as was Lee . Justin at Hilton Head Lexus was terrific on his. efforts in solving my problem with the insurance company I have for tire and rim damage. They did not want to pay the full replacement for two rims and a tire but through his determination they paid the total amount. Great job to Justin

Extremely customer service oriented. I accidentally arrived one day early for my appointment and instead of saying “Sorry we are full”, Jeff said he would fit me in and even did so in a very timely manner. I can’t say enough. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Service Tech was great. Would have liked to know what the $850 dollar fee associated with 120k consisted of. Almost $1700 for gives reason to pause. Also, interior/exterior comp cleanup up was horrible!

I have had work done on the door locks of our Lexus RX350 on 2 occasions recently. The service department has worked great for this problem and furnished us with a loaner vehicle while parts were ordered and replaced. Thanks for a job well done!
