Once I looked at the contract, the vehicles totaled cost financed was $27,779! I could have purchased the same car brand new for this price! They also created fake documents claiming I was self-employed, increase my income (without) my knowledge (loan fraud) and wanted me to (lie) to the bank and say I was self employed so they could scam ME and the BANK for $27,999! The car was advertised as $12,999 but on the contact listed as 14,999. THEN they had added a service contact for THOUSANDS of dollars and attached to my loan! The blue book on the vehicle was only $11,000! Thank God I was able to cancel my loan and get back my $4,000 dollar deposit! They agreed to this after I told them I was gonna report the for (loan fraud) if you’ve been scammed or sold a lemon by this dealership CONTACT The State Attorney general and report them!

PREDATORY DEALERSHIP!!! Steer clear. Every one start review you can find happened to me. The increased the price of the car by $1000 right under my nose, without justification. They tacked on $3000 warranty that I never asked for, nor did they explain it to me. EcoCare coating is also a "mandatory" charge (~$500). Then, the car immediately has an oil trap leak that Volvo will repair for $1068, but under their warranty, they want to charge me 50% of $1700. This is just the tip of the iceberg, too. Stay away from these predators. I am contacting a lawyer to help me recoup all the scam fees and hopefully repair costs. All the one star reviews are 100% accurate. Heed them.

Buyer beware, they will sell you a used car with lots of issues. Then forge your name on contract adding other warranties etc. They only have junk cars, worst place ever Stay clear of this place Come to unique auto center in Bloomington if you want to be scammed!!

This dealership sucks, add on things you don't want, so they can add to the purchase price. They didn't honor pre approval.Rip off!!

The good: So thankfully the car I bought is mechanically sound, it is a Honda so it speaks by itself. The bad: Overall they try to act nice but they defenitely do not have the customer in mind. I am not too mechanically inclined but I tried to do my homework and checked what I could (tires, oil, refrigerant, et). I had to really put up a fight just to get the advertised priced. They wanted to add a 900 finance fee, 600 gap(they claimed it was mandatory to get credit), security locks. But I still feel I overplayed due to the cosmetic issues I later found. They also did not take my Amex card even though I found them through Amex buying car program. There where things I did not catch in the car until someone else pointed them out (spray paint in the back internal walls like they tried to fix some scratches, no mats, broken fog light, broken tailgate light, no sun shade on one of the doors, car shakes when braking hard (seems to be a common Honda issue but still needs fixing) , only one key.) Should have asked for a lower price or to get those items fixed. But the worst part was how they tried to convince me they were helping me get approved because of my less than stellar credit and how I was put down a couple times. I mentioned how I did not care about the monthly payment but the overall price as I intended to pay it down faster, and he said, you will not pay it faster. And then tried other sales tactics. I should have left but it was the 4th car I saw, I liked it, mechanically was good, and I just wanted a car for my growing family. I would go back and try to get some things fixed, but I just want to forget about the experience and stop wasting time with these guys. Thankfully the issues are all cosmetic and I will eventually get them fixed. Anyway, they might have decent cars, but they are used cars. Make sure you go with good knowledge of what you are looking at. Take a mechanic with you if possible. Be ready to be aggressive with your negotiations. And if you don't feel comfortable walk away don't make the same mistake I made.

Hard parking, bad location, at corner, easy to be missed; test drove honda odyssey based on pictures. said no accidents, but you look at the back, obvious accident from shifted bumper and cracked light in back; also advertisement failed to mention it's missing the entire center console where you put your coffee/drinks, paper, etc. the seat warmers don't work; it just felt like a car that was going to break; the test drive person didn't know much about car, said would text me to answered my questions. he didn't seem too motivated to sell; said that he had 17 years of honda experience i think, but knew nothing about the honda i test drove; told him honesty that most likely not too interested in this car with the accident, missing part, broken seat warmers...

I love Unique Auto Center. I called at 6pm to see my dream car (even though they close at 7). Cigi reassured me to come in. He made sure to wait for me (even though I came in 15 min before they closed). When I saw the car, I FELL IN LOVE ON THE SPOT. I test drove the car with my mom. I absolutely LOVE my car. I was able to get approved the same night. I was still able to walk away with my car. They gave me refreshments, had a clean office, they were funny, patient. Talked with me and answered all my questions. Spoke to my mom. T took care of me. All the guys were eager to put me in my dream car. Thank you so much you guys for making my dreams come true ! I scheduled an appointment and delt with Luis the sales rep and T the finance manager who were really nice and knowledgable about the whole experience. Over all i got a great deal on my 4 series with exactly where i wanted to be at as far as monthly payment and APR :) thanks UAC!
