TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP

This place is the WORST !!!!! . Went in for warranty work and was told no parts were available and they would have to be ordered . Then told me that is would take months before the parts would arrive. Then tried to charge me to rotate my tires AND WIPER BLADES $195.00 bucks , then told me i needed cabin air filter ,TOTALLY A SCAM DEALERSHIP STAY AWAY!!!!! . the kicker was when they couldn't get me to fall for thier BS money grab they were supposed to wash the vehicle and conveniently said the car wash was broke !!!!! xxx !!!!!! NEVER GO HERE ITS A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP THAT TRIES TO RIP PEOPLE OFF !!!!!!

Great Buy

Great buy no pressure after we got a great quote. Very easy to work with the whole dealership. Test drove the car before we did the final deal, still no pressure to buy.

Phenomenal Customer Service

Friendly staff. Timely repairs. I need a new parts to my engine and my car needed to be there for four days with the ordering of parts and labor. James did a phenomenal job of calling me every day with updates and questions on what I wanted and how I would like to move forward with my repairs. Could not have been happier.

Every time I go to Auto Nation Hyundai in Des plaines Illinois I always deal with Robert Oberding and he is a great guy!! Definitely will recommend him to anyone who goes there.
