Good service. I went in for The Works service which includes a tire rotation. They were not able to do the tire rotation because the lug nuts supposedly were swollen which after doing research found is a big problem with Ford. They took $5.00 of the bill. I doubt if they would do a rotation for $5.00. My dealer at home took $12.00 off. They did not do the works service I asked for because the tires on had 2500 miles on them. The did everything else you get with the works.

your people were honest, professional and courteous.....Craig was our service tech and he was completely straightforward about what needed to be done to our vehicle....no extra add ons to pad the bill...the honesty is very much appreciated
