The other day I was being tailgated by a mechanic who drove a customer's jeep on old baltimore pike in oxford. How I know this I saw on his rearviw mirror a number they use for a customer's car. I did let him pass me by even though there was not much shoulder room for my car. He passed me at a great deal of speed(must have mashed gas pedal to floor) Just a warning so you can see how these so called mechanics abuse your car! I was going to report to police but my car's camera was not working. Not a professional look for this dealership and NO I would not buy here! Only goes to show you nobody gives a hoot about your hard earned money!

I have purchased 8 new vehicles at this dealership since 2009. Recently bought a good, low mileage used van for my wife elsewhere due to none available here except high mileage, highly overpriced (double KBB) Pacifica. I got PA inspection on new used van here; it needed some work. Although this is a Chrysler dealership, my new vehicle is a Chrysler van, dealer service REFUSED To accept outside national warranty by well-reputed national company. Dealer ONLY accepts warranties THEY have sold. In questioning this, I was told I shoukd have bought my car there with their warranty! REALLY? The AUDACITY!?! This is how you treat a repeat-purchase customer of over 20 years??? Unbelievable!

My wife and I worked with Paul to order a new truck
My wife and I worked with Paul to order a new truck recently. The various trim levels and option packages can be complicated and Paul did a great job coming up with a configuration that had all the features we wanted. For the past year we've also been going to this dealership for service and are happy with it. They're always friendly and they've taken good care of our vehicles. I especially like the fact that they offer an express oil change service that doesn't require an appointment.

Service is not what it should be. My sales guy was great. Misdiagnosed my issue made it a non warranty problem and their solution didn't fix it for long

Bad dealership bad experience.
Bought a new wrangler from here. Vehicle was missing rocksliders or steps on sides. When I accepted the vehicle they told me they would take care of it. Later they told me it was between me and Jeep Corp. Owner manager Gordon Atkisson would not even speak with me. I filed a complaint with the Pa. Vehicle Board. Im telling ya folks, avoid this place!
