My initial contact was with Courtney and it was great! I like to do the preliminary work online so as to not waste time and out of the 5 contacts, she was by far the best. Just the right amount of contact, very pleasant to communicate with, and knew what we were looking for. Paul was great to deal with, especially since it was Christmas Eve, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient. Worked with us to get us the deal we were looking for.

I can't say enough about these guys/girls. I've purchased 7 vehicles in the last 5 years and every experience has been an enjoyable one. As a busy corporate executive my time is extremely valuable (and scarce) so their flexibly to start the deal via e-mail, work things out to a point where I am comfortable before going in is a big reason I'll keep going back. Most dealers only want to get you in so they can apply the high pressure sales tactics to try and "wear you down". I used to run Sales Training for my global company and can tell you, the approach these guy/girls take is like a breath of fresh air. I could go on and on but I think you get the point.
