Honda Kingsport

This is not my first experience with Honda Kingsport, nor will it be my last. I have been driving a Honda Pilot for ten years. Not only have I been extremely pleased with the automobile, I have been equally pleased with the service department and the sales/administrative staff. They are all first class, willing to assist in any way I need help. I have just purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot. The experience has been just as I hoped it would be- expedient and friendly with no gimmicks or hyperbole. Our Sales Consultant Cody Parcell was exemplary in his presentation of the vehicle, and his service to us was most appreciated. This transaction and this dealership receive my five star rating!!!!! I have owned 3 Hondas and just purchased my fourth. I always feel confident purchasing a Honda, because I know I can count on their quality. Add to that the excellent service at Kingsport Honda and you can't go wrong!

We began our car buying purchase via the internet where three of the closest dealers were requested to provide a quote for a 2015 Honda CR-V. David Meredith from Honda Kingport quickly contacted me and left a quote via email (my preferred method of contact) with a competitive price. The other two dealers continued to try to call but no quotes. We went to see the car and as David was with another customer, we worked with another salesman. All of the staff were extremely friendly and explained the details of all that we were seeing. We had a good idea of price and payments before we went in and I am glad that I feel like we were well treated with no gimmicks or heavy handed tactics. I would highly recommend the folks at Honda Kingsport to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

When I went to look for a vehicle at Honda of Kingsport I was approached by several of the employees to ask me if I needed any help, plus they were all so friendly. Wally was the sales person I was dealing with, he was a very helpful and knowledgeable person. Wally was kind, funny and patient, and believe me he had to have patients when it come to me buying a car. Kimberly was friendly and sweet, she really care about what my needs were. She was so knowledgeable and showed me everything I needed to know, plus she didn't make me feel rushed at all. Wesley was the guy that did my paper work, he was so nice and funny. He had all my paper work ready to go, so all I had to do was read and sign. This dealership is a rare breed in customer service! I received immediate attention from Tasha who assisted me with high res photos. Adam, the sales rep, was so easy going, informative and patient with my requests for information. Anthony, the used car manager, was so considerate and helpful with my financial needs, too. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're considering a new or used car. Right from the beginning, they treated me like I had been a customer of theirs for years.

Visited this dealership on 12/16/2014 and spent 20 minutes being completely ignored. Salespeople were sitting in offices chatting with each other. One just sat in their office and stared at us. Two guys appeared to be pretty busy. Seems about right as they were the only two actually working. No greeting from anyone and no offer of assistance. Also you have to wade through a ton of used cars to get to the new car lot. Went next door and made a deal on a Toyota.

After making a recent purchase with this dealership I was very pleased with the entire staff and the way all the customers were treated. This is the first dealership I have experienced that makes you feel at ease and much appreciated. Everyone of the staff makes you feel at home. The accessory manager Kimberly made sure I knew everything about my new vehicle before I left. She was very good to me. I was amazed at all the things my new Honda could do. Very professional.

My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Honda of Kingsport and the service was excellent. With my husband being very picky and having to research everything, they were very patient with us. My husband found a few things that he didn't like about the car with one being a rattle sound when we hit a bump. We advised them of this issue and they did not hesitate to get the car into service and have it fixed right away. Overall everything was perfect. With a score out of 1-10, with give them a 10.
