Amazing experience

Mauricio was great, he explained everything in great detail and really gave us all of the options on purchasing a new car. He took his time and never made us feel rushed to make a purchase, I would definitely recommend Rick Case Volkswagen, and Mauricio. I had a great experience, really happy with my new car.

Brass Tacks

Mauricio did not try upsell or bleed every last dollar out of me. We knew my budget and worked the numbers to get me into a new vehicle.

Poor support post purchase

I purchased 2018 Tiguan SE during the first part of 2018. Recently, and after having less than 7000 miles on my car, I returned to Rick case VW service to have my brake rotors that have a rather massive wear and tear at such an early stage. The service manager / Dave explained that my rotors are not cover under warranty even with such low millage. He further explained his personal believe as to why the early wear and tear, and suggested to contact VW Corp for warranty authorization. after several calls between VW and my self, I was told that Walter / assistance service manager claimed the rotors wear and tear is due to driving habits. I am 58 years, owned more than 26 cars in my lifetime, and today I am being told I don't know how to drive a car which is a reason my rotors went bad at less than 7000 miles. I am filing a lawsuit against VW and this dealer ship. If you own a VW and you are having the same problem, please contact me to joint me with this case. Regardless of a driving habits, no car rotors should wear this bad at this short time. Also, if you are interested in purchasing VW, please do your homework first, I personally DO NOT recommend it especially from this dealership. This repair can cost me in an excess of $500 or more that should be covered under warranty. Took the car to 2 different repair shop, and both made the same statement, that the rotors are made from cheap metal and the break pads are eating them away.

Looking for a car

Went to have a look at cars to purchase in another month or two, but VW Salesmen did an awesome job and we left with the new VW Atlas!!

The whole process was excellent

My sales representative was outstanding as well as the finance manager. Very friendly, understanding and helpful. Outstanding experience! My new car was delivered impeccable and they even helped me transfer my belongings to the new car

Efficient and Exceptional Experience

Justin went above and beyond with my service. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he frequently checked in with me with updates on the status of my vehicle. The technician thoroughly inspected my vehicle and diagnosed the issue. Overall, I had an incredible experience with the service department at Rick Case. Thanks guys!!
