Also, one of the things that had been recommended initially turned out not having to be done which was a real trust builder. Also, a couple months ago my key fob died. I was close to the Kia dealership so I called them and they sent someone right down to pick me up and take me for a new battery. Talk about service!!

We were experiencing some dirveability issues with our Sorrento in how it was shifting and going into and out of park. The service team set up a very quick appointment and dove in to see if there were any service bulletins or warranty issues. They discovered a bulletin and applied the fix -- issues resolved so far!
