I have to say I really liked Mr. Helmi Zein. He was very helpful, friendly and overall professional. I was actually dreading going in to buy a car because I do not like the stereotypical pushy salesman attitude. However, I was relieved to see that this was not the case at all with Mr. Zein. He really made this experience comfortable for me and ultimately the reason I will go back to Volkswagon as well as recommend Mr. Zein. This dealership made my car buying experience easy. I found two vehicles that I was interested in online and the salesperson, Mark did not try to make a sale, just answered questions and allowed me to test drove the vehicles. I returned a few days later to make an offer, which was accepted within 20 minutes. The rest of the process was lengthy but it usually is for car buying and they were more than accommodating. The customer lounge is comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend purchasing a vehicle with them.

I went to look at a used car Toyota Camry. They offered me the lowest blue book value for my trade and my trade appraised for over the max blue book value at another dealership. Walker VW didn't look at my vehicle at all. They looked out the window of their dealership and put the lowest value on it.

I found the staff at Walker VW to be very helpful and caring. I never once felt like they were only trying to make money off of me but that they truly wanted to help me get my car repairs done as quickly, and as fairly as possible. I saw a vehicle I was interested in on line. Brandon called to follow up. Wasn't the "pushy" car salesman. He answered all my questions and has followed up as he said he would. When I do purchase a vehicle very soon I will call Brandon .

Nothing but good things to say about the people at walker Volkswagen. I was was surprised by how quickly they got back in touch with me. Brandon was friendly and knew my terms and was ready to make me a deal. The manager even sent me a followup email. I will definitely return to Walker when I do decide to purchase my next vehicle.

The specific vehicle I wanted (SE w/nav and roof in Pepper Gray) was not on the lot, as I expected, but I asked for a car that would not be driven long distance or used as a test drive vehicle at a dealership - and I told them I was willing to wait for an factory order. The saleman told me that a car with my specification was at their US distribution center coming directly from Germany (not another dealership) and would be driven directly to this dealership arriving with about 300 miles on it. It arrived with 511 miles and the nav history showed it was driven from a dealership in Jackson to Meridian and probaly back to Jackson and then to New Orleans... plus another 100 test drive miles, I assume. I didn't notice the data in the nav until I got home otherwise I would have turn the car down. The rest of the buying experience was fairly good... and I love the vehicle. Drives like a sports car. Getting a real 26 MPG on the road and about 23-24 driving to work in the city... but requires premium fuel.
