Service Dept is horrible I don’t want my VW anymore because I didn’t like the service i get at Walker VW Wouldn’t recommend a Dog

Went for 7 years, will never be back. They were dishonest, tried to charge $3600 for AC that still works. Screamed at me in office.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - they claimed they were selling me a 2019 new car when it was a 2018 and then over priced me - granted they sold me a new car but it was not what they claimed it to be.

After 12 days 2 phone calls where I left messages and twice chatting on their websites, I still have not heard back to schedule an oil change and fix a recall notice.

Wow! My 3rd trip with my beetle and these jokers been changing parts that did not need changing!!! Then tell me I needed 3 different parts costing thousands of dollars! Sits there months had it towed Wednesday to another place will be ready in a few days! All electrical problems that walker caused what a rip off!!! Wish they had zero stars!!!
