I recently purchace a 2008 Mecedes Benz S65AMG from Lucky Motors, I just wanted to share my experience about the dealership. My experience with the company was the best i have ever had purchasing a vehicle, the person i was dealing and working with for a week was very professional. He new just what i wanted and was patient with my decisions on options i had to have .Sebastian really is a sincere, honest, professional and straight to the point, the vehicle was exactly how it was described to me over the phone i also was intuduced to the owner Chris who came over and thanked me for the buissness. This company is a place i will be purchasing all of my vehicles from.

I have purchased several cars over the years from Lucky Motors to include my recent purchase of a 2012 Land Range Rover. The Land Rover I purchased from Lucky Motors has impeccable performance and exquisite interior design. I not only feel safe and confident in the handling of this vehicle but it embodies class and style at the same time. I have two young children so it is important for me to have a vehicle that is reliable and provides enough room for my family. I keep going back to Lucky Motors because Mr. Wright and his staff are always friendly and make me feel like I am their number one priority. They listen to my needs and what I am looking for and provide not only great options but a wide variety of choices. I have enjoyed watching their business grow over the years and plan to follow their dealership for future purchases. The Lucky Motors team is not just a professional organization but they exemplify what it means to putting the customers’ needs first. I had to write this review, I had seen the reviews while shopping for my new/used car I found lucky motors and called in on a escalade that they had. The salesperson was very helpful and not pushy he offered to arrange better financing for me,better than I had (which they did) I went to the store on roosevelt which is not like any used car store I ever seen clean cars nice facility and great prices. Everybody there was polite accommodating and nothing like the things I had read. All I Say and is if you can afford to buy a new car thats perfect with no flaws and won't to pay double then buy a new one,they are used car some people complained about cars with over 100k miles what do you expect? when you buy a used car you do take a chance,I think the negative raps people give this or any other dealers are an after thought of there poor judgments,take responsibility get it inspected and don't expect things for free. By the way I checked them out with the BBB and they are rate A+ that more important than any ? review.

Im a first time buyer and talked to several dealers ,they were by far the nicest to deal with and my nervous first experience was made easy and fun.Oh and they also had the cleanest cars and best prices that i found.I would recommend lucky motors to my family or closest friend. Thank you lucky.

To be honest with you, I did read a whole lot of horrible reviews about this car dealer, but I do have a strong mind and still went ahead for my lexus Rx330 2006, the truck was flawless, even though my carpets wasn't there, the 1st time I went in the brakes wasn't good it had to be bled and they took care of it gave it a detailed wash and I was glad I met will perfetti I believe that is his name a young lad in his mid 20"s not only was he polite he drove my second car behind me back to Chicago while I drove my lexus. He was returned safely to his base and I offered to give him at least $100 but he declined. My truck runs smooth I did got an extended warranty on it for 5yrs every one that saw my truck compliments it. I did ran into a guy who was really corky and nasty his name needs not be mentioned here but please request for will perfetti I hope he won't be mad I put his name out here. He will take care of you trust me on that. I will definitely advise buyers to follow their mind and go in to see what you are buying before purchasing. I had a smooth transition after wards. No hiked up sales tax as one writer had stated they actually waved some fees about $300. I'm not related to this car dealer so be rest assured this is a legitimate review. Goodluck.

Found this lot on cars.com, was looking for a Cadillac or Tahoe they had a Tahoe. My financing was already done all I needed was to find the vehicle I wanted, called ahead of time to inform them I would be coming in to see vehicle, I waited at lot an hour for them to bring vehicle from other store, they never showed up. I ended up driving to other lot to see vehicle only for them to have lost the keys. They convinced me to wait and called lock smith to make key, I drove car and told them I would be back for it, at that time they promised me they would order me a key pad and fix scratch that was on rear bumper, got check from bank went back for car. Drive car home locked doors only to find out that key didn't unlock the doors, had to call locksmith, call salesman he informed me they would reimburse me the next day, it took them a week to mail me my check because I kept calling asking where is my money. Finally keypad comes in they say, for me to have them fix bumper, they thought they sent keypad to me only to find out it was wrong address, to inform me I would have to pay for the activation.. This is the killer though the owner asked me to go to cars.com and say how great of a job they did, well here u go Great job!!! I would never purchase from this company again...

My sales representative, Robert, was very nice, organized, and good at answering questions. The staff was very professional. During my visit I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Chris. Chris and Robert worked out a great deal for my husband and I. They gained a loyal customer. l definitely recommend this place.

My overall experience at LuckyMotors Was Excellent. I bought a Rolls Royce from them a few years ago, and it was exactly what they described it as. The Price was great and the car was absolutely stunning, Up until this very day it has never given me any problems. The entire car buying experience from this dealership was a complete success, The President of the company personally came up to me and made sure everything during the transaction went great. Since the past three years, I have gone back and bought a few more cars from them. I recently bought my Daughter a Mercedes from them, Which was excellent mechanically and exterior/interior. It was a great car. The staff at LuckyMotors was very friendly and helpful. They have the Best cars and the Best Prices. I would suggest everyone to go and make there car buying experience with them.
