Buyer beware! I purchased an explorer this past October. It is now April, just rolled over only 3,000 miles. So many problems! Within the first 30 days, my car was in the Keenan’s shop at least 4 times. AC was out first day I bought it. Then I had clunking in front end and squealing steering wheel. They greased the steering wheel and tightened a bolt in the CV joint. Got it back and steering wheel was at a 45 degree angle going straight down the road and was still clunking. Aligned and Replaced struts. Still clunking. They told me at this time that I bought the warranty so they won’t fix anymore. So I decided to take to an authorized ford dealer. They told me the cowl was missing and the water pump was bad and 1 turbo line had to be replaced. Luckily the warranty paid for water pump. Still clunks! They won’t return my calls (different review there). 2 weeks later it is now at a local mechanic. He checked it today. Told me it was obviously in a front end collision at some point. Needs new sway bars, steering piece that is cracked that would only be possible from a collision, 2 other turbo lines are leaking, rear axle seals are leaking, and someone put exhaust mud on an exhaust leak so they could get away with not fixing it. Extended Warranty will only pay for leaking seals. If you buy a vehicle from this place, take it to a mechanic first!! I could have bought a brand new vehicle for the amount of money I am putting into this piece of $#+%! Keenan’s mechanics have no clue what they are doing and they are selling cars that hopefully pass the 30 day warranty. If you buy from them, take it to a mechanic first, and request a REAL CarFax, not their knockoff version. I guess supporting local will sometimes bite you in the xxx. Hard lesson learned.
Bought my Dodge Van Here
No pressure sales and it was a very pleasant experience. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
