I Had a great experience buying my 2011 Acura TL from Here. The general manager Phil was very professional and provided me with great customer service;not... once was I concerned about purchasing the vehicle due to to any unknown mechanical problems. I recently got into a car accident and I plan to have my car repaired here also..overall great car and great service. I recommend to anyone looking for a great looking and affordable vehicle.
I was shopping for a used car and found one I liked online which was located in Cumberland, RI at Miller's Auto Sales. I had never been or heard of Miller's... and was a bit reluctant to go as it was almost an hour ride from my home. Phil Simas, the owner, made a special trip into the dealership from home to meet me, as it was on a Sunday. Once I decided I liked the vehicle I saw online and was interested in purchasing it, we went into Phil's office to talk. I asked Phil lots of questions and he made me feel quite comfortable. Phil emphasized Miller's exceptional customer service and how he personally is dedicated toward making each and every customer happy and satisfied....as it's his reputation on the line. We negotiated a fair deal for both sides. Not to get into all the details but within a short amount of time, I started experiencing a problem with the vehicle. I called Phil just hoping he would honor his words and promise to me to make me happy. Phil acted immediately. He had one of his guys make the hour drive with a loaner, an even nicer car than the one I purchased, and took my car back for repair. Phil replaced some parts at his cost that were supposed to solve the problem. Miller's returned my vehicle on a timely basis. Unfortunately, the parts he replaced did not resolve the problem. I called Phil again, hoping that he would still honor his words. He acted immediately again, made the hour drive with another loaner, and took the vehicle to a certified dealer at his cost. The dealer did not diagnose the problem correctly and so the vehicle was still not running correctly. Once again, I called Phil. At this point in time, the 30 day warranty had long passed. However, Phil honored his promise and once again came to pick up the car and it was finally fixed. All this work and all the parts replaced were paid for by Miller's! I share this story as how rare it is to find this kind of customer service in ANY industry today. I was able to negotiate and deal with Phil directly, not some service technician or salesperson. When Phil sold me the car he committed to my 100% satisfaction and I can honestly say Phil exceeded all of my expectations. He is truly an honorable man, a man of his word. Buying a used vehicle is always a risk. So, the technical issues were unexpected, but Phil really made the entire process seamless and painless. Miller's Auto Sales will be the first place on my list the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership. It's a first class outfit with an honest negotiator and more than exceptional customer service.
