Sandra was EXCELLENT! Friendly, low key and absolutely zero pressure. I was there to test drive a Ridgeline, and let her know I wouldn't likely be buying it from her since I'm only in AZ for the winter and wan't keen on the idea of driving it 2100 miles back to Michigan. Nonetheless, she treated me with care and professionalism, even going so far as to walk us over to the Chevy dealer next door to introduce me so I could also test drive a Colorado. (She knew I'd like the RIdgeline better and she was correct! :-) I greatly appreciated her efforts. Thank you!

I had come to an agreement on price for a cash deal. We went in to make the purchase and was ready to put ink to paper. The finance manager (Spencer) got shifty/shady insisting I finance the vehicle or he would hold my money and the truck. At one point was pushing to tie my wife into a contract as well, handed him the keys and walked out. I will spend my CASH where I don’t get shystery attitude.
