DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME..I had an awful experience at this dealership with sales rep David Brown/Dave w.e his name is. I rearranged my day to meet him at 4 PM after his personal court matter, only to have my entire test drive interrupted by him loudly discussing his court issues on the phone. The “4,000 EV incentive” he offered was a sham—$26,000 listed price and $26,000+ out-the-door is no deal at all. To make matters worse, he tried to push me into a 7-year term at 7.4% interest. I walked out with no deal, angry that I wasted my entire day when I could have gone somewhere else and been treated with professionalism. DECEPTIVE SHADY look at all the other negative comments !!

I bought a 2019 Honda Accord from this dealership a month
I bought a 2019 Honda Accord from this dealership a month ago. Right after leaving the lot, the airbag indicator came on. They said it was a bad battery, but the issue reappeared. Another mechanic then told me it was unsafe to drive. Fortunately, Matt was professional and made sure it was safe that day. The next week, I returned for more mechanical issues and got a loaner for a week. Despite repairs, the car still had problems. Today, I called about non-working rear speakers, but the sales and service managers refused to help, claiming it’s not a mechanical issue, even though it was like that when sold. When I mentioned another problem, the service manager, Dan, rudely asked, "Which one is it, the speakers or the car?" I’m very unhappy with this purchase and stuck with a car payment. I believe if I were male, I wouldn’t face these issues. Also, the car wasn’t detailed—smelled like cigarettes, dusty interior, and dirty rims. I don’t recommend this dealership. Have your car checked within the 60-day warranty.

I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Impala limited LS from Sound
I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Impala limited LS from Sound Auto Wholesalers back in May of 2024, it's been about a year and I have not had a single issue with this vehicle, it's been an absolutely amazing car. This vehicle was purchased from an auction and it was a former federal law enforcement vehicle and it was well maintained, I even inspected the Carfax history, oil changes were done regularly and maintenance required was done. This car has been simply amazing not a single problem and it's a beautiful car that was well maintained and I love it. Sound Auto also stuck with their policy regarding repair of the vehicle before sale, they put on four brand new tires, did an oil change, a complete vehicle safety checkup and put on all new brakes and rotors. I dealt with Joe my salesman who was fantastic. I purchased this vehicle online sight unseen because I'm a former Impala owner already and know and trust the vehicle. I was very sick at the time and the dealership held the vehicle with no deposit for over a month until I was able to get down there and finalize my deal. When I got down there, there was my vehicle sitting out there in front, shining and glowing for the world to see, like a star in the sky, it was beautiful. I can't thank Joe and the dealership enough for this sale and the price was also fantastic, only $10,000 for a car with 98,000 miles that's going to probably run another 10 years or more. I had a 2010 Impala that made it to 262,000 miles before if I got rear ended and it was totaled. I trust the Chevy Impala brand. The transaction and final sales paperwork when smoothly. The vehicle had plates on it and was ready to roll once the paperwork was done and I left there smiling. And now, a year later, I continue to smile. I give sound Auto Wholesalesrs five stars and if I can give them more I would. I'm a tough cookie to please but I got to tell you this experience was five stars all the way, despite all the negative reviews I see here on Yelp, in my opinion. Do not hesitate to buy a car from these folks at Sound Auto Wholesalers, they were honest with me trustworthy, and treating me with respect and kindness and I can't thank them enough. Ask for Joe when you go there....This is an honest, real and unsolicitated review of Sound Auto and ive not been paid or compensated in any way!

The sales team is friendly, but the pricing is deceptive. Advertised price includes the EV tax credit making it seem like the car is $4k cheaper than it actually is. Other dealers do on include the EV tax credit, so the advertised price of $19k looked good compared to others at $19k to $22k. But without the EV tax credit, their price is actually high at $23k. Cars.com should make it clear if the advertised price includes tax credits.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had in all my years of purchasing cars. They understood my situation, worked hard to accommodate my needs and most importantly they knew my urgency. They made it happen and did all the leg work so I did not have to. I walked out of there with my new used vehicle, insurance and registration. At the end of the day the hardest thing I did was wait while the made it happen. I got into my dream car for the family.
