I had a good experience at Noller Hyundai dealer in Lawrence. Everything went fine. Michael was very polite and attentive, I’m very happy with my car.

I had an emergency issue with my car and called Joshua at Laird Noller Hyundai and he was able to squeeze me in the same day. They were able to take care of the problem quickly and had me back in the road by the end of the day!

My experience with the salesman was good.

My experience with the salesman was good. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. And of course the finance man was pleasant although in a bit of a hurry as closing time was drawing near. As with the majority of car buyers, my head was spinning while trying to digest all the information I received that afternoon. When everything was signed and I returned home, I had a moment to look over the paperwork to determine how the total price was achieved. It was frustrating to see the actual total of dealer add on charges. It was also very frustrating to see the total cost of the extended warranty as I was told “it would only add $38 to my monthly payment.” If that statement was true, there is an $1870 difference in what I’m actually paying. When I called the next day to question that difference in particular, I spoke with one of the managers who tried to placate me with meaningless chatter. At this time, I’ve chosen to look at it as a very expensive learning experience. No, I will not recommend this dealership without the caveat to beware of extreme dealer add on charges.

The technicians are always pleasant.

The technicians are always pleasant. The service needs to improve. The prices are outrageous . I can get an oil change , same stuff for $60 compared to their $136. !!!!!! Ridiculous.

Bought a Genesis in April, 2024 but dealer wouldn’t honor

Bought a Genesis in April, 2024 but dealer wouldn’t honor the free service that was supposed to be included. Complete rip-off. Valet service was not honored by the new Genesis dealer in Overland Pak.

Genesis of KC is supposed to provide concierge within a 75 mile radius. It is my understanding you are well within the radius. If you call Genesis Customer Care and file a complaint, they should be able to help you. They, as in Genesis Customer Care, will call Genesis of KC and ask them why they are not taking care of you. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, I’ve seen so many one star reviews

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, I’ve seen so many one star reviews to this dealership in the last few months- that should speak for itself. Morgan, the sales manager is beyond unprofessional, I can’t believe he was given the position to oversee the sales of this dealership. The GM is apparently MIA when there is an issue with a purchase, we were told she refused to correct this error without us hiring an attorney. The SM, Morgan hung up on us and sold us a car that was not the same car as the online description, the car was the wrong color and it had damage in multiple places, inside and out. The car was dropped off sight unseen and would not take the car back as soon as we got home and realized the car was not the same car in the online advertisement. We are hiring an attorney to correct their mistake and FRAUD, BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!

This isn’t true. We called two days ago and a Sarah spoke to us and was totally awful to us and the bank who did the loan. You sent us a car gray car with white interior and sent us paperwork that has white car and black interior, like we thought we were buying. Also, the mileage is off. Your dealership is awful and so are your shady employees.
