Awful Experience-Left in Tears
I was treated extremely poorly 2 separate times-about 1 month apart. I was talked down to and was treated like I had no clue what I was talking about and that I didn't understand "simple math". I had the salesman huff and puff when I told them no. I told them how much I could afford and they brought back quotes for way more than I could and then were upset when I asked for 12 hours [overnight] to think about it. Had an appointment to meet with a manager and he was not able to meet with me at said time. Had a Customer Service manager call the next day to "try and make it right" but when I explained the situation and told her that I had already bought another vehicle-I was hung up on.

Great Service
I love my '97 Accord SE, which I just passed on to my granddaughter at 185K mi. I would not have done this had it not been so well cared for with excellent service provided by Brian Sterenberg. I have followed Brian where he has worked because he always provides intelligent, timely, caring service...explaining and doing just what is needed. I look forward to many more Hondas!

Easy Process - No Pressure - Great Deal
This is my fourth Honda and third Pilot. My first Honda was given to me and I've bought the last 3 from this dealership. Alec was wonderful and made me feel at ease. I feel like I got a great deal without any pressure. Alec and the sales team stayed late with me since I arrived later after work. From Charlie, to Alec to the very friendly Rochelle and the managers and finance team, I was welcomed and feel valued as a customer! Thanks Honda of Denton. Even though I live closer to another dealership, it is worth the drive to do business in Denton!!!

Pilot Airbag recall
Was scheduled for a driver's airbag recall. They started promptly on time, gave me a courtesy van ride home, completed job in just over 1 hour. Since they had the part, also replaced the passenger side airbag without charge. High recommend this facility.

Easy fun buying experience
I've just purchased my third Honda, and this is "my" store, my home store, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. My salesman, Austin Polli, took great care of me, thank you so much, Austin. And once again, a big shout-out to New Car Sales Director, William Stalik. He found me just the car I wanted, and then made sure I had the best price with everything on it I hoped for. William, I appreciate you...thank you for all your help! Hondas never get sick (!), but from routine servicing I've done on my previous two I can recommend the service department as excellent.
