Viviana was the ideal sales representative for our buying

Viviana was the ideal sales representative for our buying experience. We have never financed a car as we always preferred to buy outright. Although we did not buy our initial pick the first day on site, as we wanted to continue to shop around, Viviana did a great job at keeping us informed of a particular cars continued availability and any significant price adjustments. During the initial buying process she was informative and attentive. She made my wife and I feel comfortable, without imposing any ill feelings that normally accompany a larger purchase of this type. She was able to change my mind on the stereotyped car buying environment filled with malaise and obscurity and I enjoyed purchasing the vehicle with her assistance. She mentioned she was new to the position but any shortcoming that might come with being new were not readily apparent as she performed her job seamlessly.

I like the whole process of being able to get my vehicle In quickly, I like how they send you the message before they work on it and let you know what the problem is and if you want it fixed if not! Matt C is the best Mechanic out there. Dillion F has great customer service! They are dependable for sure! I appreciate it!

Joanne was super sweet and helpful, answered all questions and made sure it was smooth process. The floor manager was quick to great me and grabbed me some coffee. Very good atmosphere.

This service job was the most complete one I have had at Halladay's in years. Vehicle was thoroughly checked over. The service advisor, Jeff Parker explained everything the Tech had inspected. I am very pleased with the service job.
