I was very impressed by the sales associate that I dealt with, Tyler Larez. He was very patient with me and addressed all my questions and concerns, and was not "pushy" at all. It was a pleasant experience for this old lady.

Great buying experience
Friendly. accommodating, and didn't use the 3 hour "keep the customer hostage" trick. Bought our 2015 Rogue here, came back to buy a 2023 Murano. Will go back again next time we need a car.

I was kept updated on the progress consistently. Both the service writer and mechanic were very professional and courteous and made sure I was okay with everything.
