Colt Anderson entered a bid for a conservation district

Colt Anderson entered a bid for a conservation district use vehicle. He was timely in his bid, and once the bidding closed, we awarded Halladay Motors. We had the vehicle delivered from Cheyenne to Worland within 4 days. It would have been sooner if not for some bad weather. The vehicle was delivered in great condition.

The service department did a great job keeping me

The service department did a great job keeping me informed while my vehicle was in the shop. When they were first told the part was back ordered they were able to get me in a loaner so I wasn't without a vehicle. Most dealerships don't offer this. The part came in quicker than expected and they had my car back to me within days. They kept me informed along the way so I always knew what was going on. Thanks Dillon, Heather and the technician that worked on my car!

RJ kept us engaged in conversation while we were waiting. He was able to answer all our questions and make us feel like valued customers. The entire staff was very friendly and it seemed genuine rather than forced.

Consumer Beware - do not have your car worked on here.

Consumer Beware - do not have your car worked on here. The people in the service department on the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with at a dealer. They attempted to overcharge until my wife questioned the final invoice, the repair they made was faulty and they did not take ownership of it. Save yourself a huge headache by bringing your vehicle elsewhere.

Viviana was the ideal sales representative for our buying

Viviana was the ideal sales representative for our buying experience. We have never financed a car as we always preferred to buy outright. Although we did not buy our initial pick the first day on site, as we wanted to continue to shop around, Viviana did a great job at keeping us informed of a particular cars continued availability and any significant price adjustments. During the initial buying process she was informative and attentive. She made my wife and I feel comfortable, without imposing any ill feelings that normally accompany a larger purchase of this type. She was able to change my mind on the stereotyped car buying environment filled with malaise and obscurity and I enjoyed purchasing the vehicle with her assistance. She mentioned she was new to the position but any shortcoming that might come with being new were not readily apparent as she performed her job seamlessly.

I like the whole process of being able to get my vehicle

I like the whole process of being able to get my vehicle In quickly, I like how they send you the message before they work on it and let you know what the problem is and if you want it fixed if not! Matt C is the best Mechanic out there. Dillion F has great customer service! They are dependable for sure! I appreciate it!
