I have been looking for a good used jeep for over a year now. Found Irving Auto Sales on Cars.com for a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. Irving was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He put a plate on the Jeep and let me take it by myself for the test ride. Once I returned we discussed the history of the Jeep and he showed my the carfax. We negotiated the price of the Jeep and did the paperwork. When the day came for me to pick it up I could not find a ride up there, so Irving drove an hour away to pick me up in the Jeep and I drove him back to the dealership. What great customer service!! I would recommend him to any of my friends and family looking for a good used Jeep. Thanks!

I made a new friend. Irving Small is the owner and from start to finish he kept his word on repairs to my Jeep. Did have to go back to get a repair done over but was handled in a very professional manner would recommend his faculty to anyone. Thank you Irving for the service.

Irving was very nice working with. I called him when I was in the parking lot to talk to him about a car I was interested in. He was home after working long hours and came right down to talk to me. He sat with me for several hours discussing the vehicle I was interested in.

I just bought an 07 jeep grand Cherokee Overland, Small shop like 30 suv's there. Irving was trying to service the Jeep as we showed up. He seems to be a good guy, Did good by me so I am writing this cars.com review as I found them thru this site. I bought a jeep that had just been traded in days before. I guess all the suv's are recent trade in or something like that. I left some cash and he sent my Jeep out to a local mechanic and that's pretty much it. It was easy, They were upfront about everything so far so good although I did just buy it but everything they said they would do they did. Probably will go back next year as we need a truck too.
