WE ARE NOT SURE WHO THIS DEALERSHIP IS AND WE DO NOT HAVE ANYONE BY THAT NAME. WE KNOW FOR SURE THAT THEY GOT THE WRONG DEALERSHIP. THERE IS NO ONE NAMED DIMITRI HERE. CAN YOU PLEASE VERIFY THE DEALERSHIP, THANK YOU.

Buyer Beware
Called and made an appointment for a test drive. Showed up and they said car would be there in 20 minutes. Waited an hour. Left my number to call when it got in. Never called. Stopped back 2 hours later after calling a few times and was unable to reach anyone by phone. No was was at dealership and car was still not on the lot.

Bryan, So, on the day you came we did not have the vehicle at our location we had it about an hour away. On our website we always ask to call prior to coming to the dealership since space is limited. Upon your arrival we called our other location to have someone bring it over but enroute go into an accident. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but we followed up with you the next day to make things right. Purchased a car from them last week. They were extremely reasonable is allowing an independent mechanic to check it out, despite many other dealerships refusing to hold cars in this market for any length of time. They took care of every concern with no hidden fees (including and oil change and making an electronic key for us when it did not come with one). They were responsive and easy to get through to, I would highly recommend working with them if you can.

I highly recommend going to AA Discount Auto’s. James and Joe were very pleasant, answered all my questions and made my first time car buying experience as comfortable and smooth as possible. James took the time to explain every portion of the purchasing aspect, step by step and worked within my budget. Very good sound advise with no hidden agendas, no underhanded misleads or overblown hidden fees. They are fair, professional and look to give the best customer buying experience. I have no hesitation in being a repeat customer. They make you feel like family.

Horrible experience
Recently made a purchase-regret doing so. I would advise strongly against purching from AA discount auto. I would also add that there was a lot of bait /switch.

PLEASE READ!!! WE HAVE NEVER HAD A CUSTOMER NAMED KIM JONES, THIS IS A FALSE REVIEW. SOMEONE MUST BE TRYING TO SABOTAGE OUR NAME. WE ONLY GIVE EXCELLENT SERVICES AND THE BEST CARS. WE DON'T EVEN HAVE THAT MUCH OF AN INVENTORY TO DO BAIT/SWITCH. SO WHO EVER YOU ARE THAT IS TRYING TO RUIN OUR NAME. STEP FORWARD AND DON'T HIDE BEHIND FAKE NAMES AND PRETEND AND LIE. THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND WE ARE HARD WORKING PEOPLE THAT MAKE SURE WE KEEP ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND SATISFIED.

I was interested in a 2015 Infiniti Q50, spoke with a sales rep and put $1200 deposit to hold the car. We decided to go in a different direction was told they would mail a check for my deposit to me and it would arrive in 2 days. Fast forward 7 days still no check, no one there picks up the phone, no one returns emails or text messages. STILL have not seen my initial deposit, extremely frustrated with the service on this dealership, HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the same pitfalls I am currently experiencing. Will be making a personal visit on Thursday if there is still no sign of my money. Cannot believe a reputable dealership would conduct business this way.
