He explained to me what the problem is with my dodge.

He explained to me what the problem is with my dodge. He even told me to come back if my warning light for the gas cap, lights up again. Very nice n polite.

Chris was, as usual, up front, honest and clearly

Chris was, as usual, up front, honest and clearly discussed the issue with our vehicle. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied customers. He is the best in the valley bar none.

Took over a month for the dealership to run a Diagnostics

Took over a month for the dealership to run a Diagnostics and an estimate. I communication between the dealership and the customer me was horrible. No information provided.

Had to take our Durango to Dodge only for an AC unit

Had to take our Durango to Dodge only for an AC unit repair. They ordered the necessary parts and told us it'd be about a week. Over a week later we hadn't heard from them so I followed up. I was told the parts were on backorder and they'd let us know when they'd arrive. About 30 minutes later they called back to let me know the parts just arrived and the service could be scheduled another week out. Definitely not the worst service, but we've been much happier taking our vehicles elsewhere for oil changes and general services since Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram increased their pricing substantially a few years ago.

Took almost three weeks. Your service dept is terrible If my truck wasn't under a service agreement, I would never ever go back to your establishment.
